Description of Work: Replaced bathtub faucet and shower head, and connecting piping, due to leaks in existing piping. The items were replaced, but the $650.00 price seems a bit high. In addition, the shower head was not secured, and we were advised it would cost even more to do that due to the limited access to the wall interior.

Description of Work: Replaced standard hot water tank upstairs. Replaced 75 gallon hot water tank downstairs with a tankless hot water system. Replaced control handle for shower and tub. Disconnected water supply to refrigerator icemaker to allow moving of refrigerator. |Mr. Kirkland is very personable and prompt to return calls and schedule the work. |There were two problems which I was not pleased about. When he disconnected the icemaker he forgot the water was on and water sprayed all over the kitchen when the old connection broke. He apologized and helped me clean up the water. |The other problem was that he placed a new control lever on my tub in my Master Bath and the first time I used the bathtub the control lever fell off in my hands. |I decided not to call him back to fix it and I will find another plumber.

Description of Work: Our hot water heater quit working so we asked Cameron for a free estimate which he promptly provided. Since it was much lower than other quotes, we contracted him. He replaced the water heater in the time promised in a professional manner. A little over a year later the hot water heater quit working after the warranty expired. Cameron had to charge us for the replacement but did not charge us any labor. We believe this was a fluke in the equipment he purchased for use. We would definitely call on him again.

Description of Work: I discovered a leak in a pipe in a wall in the bathroom. I called and got an immediate response. He came later the same day and made the repair. He also replaced a part in a toilet in the other bathroom that was unrelated to this emergency call. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: We had a faucet that ended replaced and a toilet that would keep running. They were very courteous and prompt. They were scheduled at 9am on Monday and were here promptly. They preformed the job in record time. We were very satisfied with their job and will use them in the future. Thanks for your service Kirkland Plumbing. You are awesome!!

Description of Work: Tried contacting this company many times. My calls were never answered and my voicemails were never returned. Would not call again in the future.

Description of Work: I had a shower leak in upstairs master bathroom shower. Was told the shower pan had a crack and needed to be replaced. I presumed that the price included all work to bring back the shower to usable condition. After the enclosure was taken down and pan installed was told the enclosure could not be reused because the shower pan was larger and the marble walls had been broken when taking them down. They did put a white plastic walls up to replace marble that was there before (which is now coming loose from wall) and then I was told I would have to contact someone else to do enclosure. I had to order from lowes an enclosure which took 4 weeks to come in and an additional 2400.00 for all to include installation which was finally done about 6 weeks after initial shower floor installation. In addition when they took the shower pan down they drug it on the stairs causing about 7 stairs to have deep scuff marks that I eventually will have to replace carpet. They did finally haul off all materials from repair job about a week later after repair. I am very disappointed in the overall aspect of this job even though they did fix the problem felt I was misinformed of what all I would be responsible for to have a working master shower with 4 kids at home us all using their bathroom for 6 weeks.

Description of Work: Kirkland came out and helped me with a toilet install after the original contractors botched it. They were quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I'll be using them from now on whenever I need anything.

Description of Work: They were courtious and professional. Hooked up 2 sinks ( Hot/cold water and drain )They also repaired a broken shut off valve for the house water supply from the softner and also checked my refrigerator water supply.There owner and a helper were there 2 hours not including transportation time.I am pleased with their work and will use them again.

Description of Work: While setting up the appointment I explained I had a drain line break under the house that serviced the dishwasher, kitchen sink and washing machine and the water had been leaking under the house, about an inch, in the crawl space and the water had a bad oder. Kirkland said it wouldn't be a problem. Showed up on time and after looking through the crawl space opening he said he wouldn't do the job. You would think that after I explained the situation in the worst possibble way over the phone that he would have opted out then. But he didn't, so I wasted another day in getting someone else to come out.
