Ron came out and measured my house and gave me a bid. I used him because he's local and a police officer and I wanted to support that. He used the larger downspouts and I was impressed that he told me he'd use good material. That seems to be true I have no real complaints. The only problems were that I have a section that seems to be a little loose (because of the noise it makes in the wind) and a corner was leaking and the wind blew one of the splash guards off an interior corner. All of this is in the same area. My belief is someone was working there when another guys fell from a ladder and maybe that's why this section is subpar but I wasn't there when they did the work so I'm not 100% sure why. It's not a huge deal it's something I can fix very easily and when I called Ron he offered to come back out but I can handle it. I wasn't aware of the section that was making the noise when I called him so I may call him back if I need that fixed. He's very helpful. They damaged a tree when the gentleman fell and Ron let me deduct the cost of the tree from the bill which satisfied me 100%. I gave him a B on responsiveness because it did take them a little longer than originally anticipated to get out to do the job (weather was some of that, which I do not blame them for and it wasn't a huge deal because I wasn't in a great hurry). I would definitely use Evenflow again.

Evenflow did a great job. They were knowledgeable, able to make recommendations on how to correct our drainage problems and completed their work as scheduled and on budget. I would certainly use them again and will not hestiate to recommend them.

I called for an estimate and received a call back from Evenflow the next day to set up an appointment for the estimate. Within three days I had an estimate and a week after that my old gutter was removed and replaced. The owner did my estimate. He was very knowledgable and professional. The installers were very courteous, efficient, and they cleaned up completely before they left. My guttering looks very nice. My experience with Evenflow was excellent !

Professional personnel, answered my questions and concerns at time of estimate and installation, will have no problem hiring Even Flow again. Very satisfied with the work accomplished, job was well done.
