Did a bad job. Shower pan installed incorrectly and flooded the kitchen. Ruined the wooden subfloor. Did not have a p-trap.

They were on time, gave us options, listened to our needs, answered questions, etc. They were craftsmen and the quality of work was excellent.

esThe price kept going up. He was charging us for new plywood and using old leftover from, I assume, other jobs. I bought all of the tile and had it on the job on time. He did not calculate the amount needed correct and so the whole design changed as I had used tile I had in the original design. He had surgery during the job making the job 3 or 4 times longer than the contract. i understood the need for more time due to the surgery but had bid other jobs and moved on to them leaving a young trainee to complete the job. Water seeps thru the wall and floor of the shower and stays wet. He will not correct the problem.

I was very unhappy with my experience with Mr. Czerczyk. He failed to get the necessary permits for the work. I had not water or access to a bathroom for the entire time he was working. He only had two other people working with him. At one point he fired his second employee so they were down to two. He did all the plumbing himself and tried to get out of the plumbing work under the house. He tried to have me sign papers saying he had a licensed plumber do the work. I had to have a different service provider come out to finish the work he did. It was a terrible.

Our refrigerator was too close to a cabinet and would block the path to the kitchen when the refrigerator door was open. Mike came over and I told him that I wanted the refrigerator moved back into the pantry. Mike gave me an estimate and proceeded to do an outstanding job. Cost was right on with what he quoted. The kitchen is now much more user friendly and looks like it has always been that way. I have more storage than when we started and that's with using the pantry for the refrigerator. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out and how easy Mike is to work with. I liked everything so much Mike is coming back this week to install new drawers, sink, range and countertops on a new job.

Mike is excellent and I recommend him highly. He was always here when he said he would be here, he works very hard and he is very particular about whom he hires. The people he hired were very respectful. He was very easy to talk to and if we didn't like something we would tell him that and he would listen; unlike other contractors who used to never listen or care. He did great and he was the 3rd contractor who came out and looked into the job with whom I felt very comfortable around. I will use him again in the future.
