Description of Work: I had irrigation installed on 1 1/4 acre lot. Belle Isle installed a high end Rain Bird timer, 12 stations and a total of 59 heads. There were no electrical lines cut since they hand dug all areas near any identified electrical line. It was estimated as a 3 to 4 day job but took only two days. The yard was leveled reasonably well in all areas where trenching took place. I asked for a custom install since I wanted a "charged" loop all the way around the house. The workers had to bore under the circle drive in two places and also under a side walk. The yard was "policed" for all debris created by the work. This company is under new ownership in the last few months even though the new owner is the lead installer for the previous owner. I noticed previous reviews were not favorable but after meeting Jose, the new owner I was impressed. The work only required initial funds to cover materials. Then I paid the balance after the job was completely finished and everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company based on the service I received.

+ -1 moreNow we have leaks. Have called three times this spring for service, always with a promise to come the next day. He's never once called back or stopped by to look at the leaks. Considering he didn't install the controller I specifically asked for, the sprinklers don't reach the places we required, and now we have leaks that need to be fixed and he refuses to show up to even look at the leaks, this is a failure of a company. Totally unsatisfactory installation and service.
Description of Work: Asked for a RainGuard controller and a complete revision of existing sprinklers. Installation was done without my being available to ensure we got what we asked for. This company provided a off-brand controller vice a RainGuard controller. Asked that very specific places in the landscaping get watered and it does not.

+ -1 moreI am still having problems with it. I have had leaks. I called and he never came. I have taken him to small claims court, sent him certified letters and still have no resolution.
Description of Work: He came to install my irrigation system. He also put in the wrong type of grass.
