+ -1 moreHe came out to pre-survey the site. I wanted the concrete shelter to be installed partially into a hillside. I asked for references for hillside installation and possible painting options. Larry provide both references and I visited them. About two weeks later, a backhole/bulldozer came to carve out the hole into the hillside and prepared the pad. The 28,000 pound shelter was brought in and anchored. Backfill around the shelter was completed. Some minor tree and pole removal was done. Their vehicle equipment was new. Mr Bean and the workers worked professionally and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the installation of the storm shelter. Total cost included the excavation, pad preparation, shelter, installation, anchoring, minor land work and tax.
Description of Work: I was looking for an exterior storm shelter. I found a concrete shelter, 7 ft by 9 ft by 6.5 ft high, with simulated rectangular stones on the sides. I checked with the contractors advertising in the Oklahoma City area. Two contractors had backlogs of 4 to 5 months before they could install one. I found Larry Bean's Construction in Choctaw who indicated about 4 weeks.

+ -1 moretalked to them on satuday. came out on monday. i had trouble with the permit so he took care. came out and leveled pad and installed on wed. the truck made some ruts in yard but the put in some dirt and leveled back out
