Description of Work: Fixed a broken wheel mount and crimped control cable.

Description of Work: I bought a new Troy-bilt, 5500 watt generator 1/12/2007 with two year warranty. I used it for nine days during an ice-storm outage. It worked great. Two weeks later, I tried to start it to prepare it for storage. I could not pull the rope to start. I got the name of this place from an on-line Troy-bilt location and took it in. I got a very snotty reception and was advised would be fourteen days before they even looked at it. They were told it was still under warranty. He said, "we'll see". Eighteen days later I got a call. They told my wife it would be $180 cash, no checks or charges. I contacted the manufacturer. They emailed me that it would be up to the dealer s supervisor where there would be warranty work. I went to pick up the generator and paid $180 cash. I asked for help loading it into the pickup (I had a hip replacement and previous back surgery). The young man running the store told me there was no way they would give me any help. I would have to do it myself, or call someone to help me. When I pulled up to the shop door, an older man did ask if I would like some help. He and another man loaded the generator for me, but made snide and derogatory remarks about my pickup.
