Description of Work: The shelter is good and what we wanted. The yard and fence were in bad shape after they left. They drove the truck into our backyard which we didn't approve. A year later our yard still has ruts. They did replace one sprinkler head that was damaged. We did mark where they were but one was still ran over. They would be good for new construction.

+ 0 moreAarons storm shelters came out to build us a 14x8 storm shelter with steps instead of a ladder. After they framed the shelter some of the dirt fell back in and they paid to have the backhoe came back out and remove the dirt and get it ready for concrete. They were very professional, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and to our satisfactory standards. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner even comes out and checks on the progress, he has been using the same crew for years and they make sure that everything is done right. Very pleased with their service.

+ -1 moreI had made contact with this company back in 2012 and also had a hard time getting responses (by phone and email). I'm not sure why email is listed as a communication option on his website if he's not going to reply? Up until the last two weeks, there were no product descriptions or pricing on his website so the only way to get information was to email or call.
Description of Work: I have sent two emails since 5/22/2013 asking if my name could be added to his list and if he should come out first to survey my land. I have received no response. I, therefore, have gone with someone else. [Estimate cost $5500.00]

+ 0 moreIt went very smooth through the whole job. We checked things out and couldn't have been more pleased. Looks great and love the security it gives during a storm. Aaron is a top notch professional and definitely the best as we far we are concerned.
Description of Work: We had to put our storm shelter in the front and had a small space to work with. They managed to give us a nice size storm shelter and extend the cement out for a larger patio. We are very happy with the service and our shelter. I would recommend this company. The price was good and the length of work was only a couple of days. Super nice crew to deal with.
