 + -1 moreThey also installed our last heat and air conditioning system (heat pump) in 2000. They have always been fair, punctional and professional and clean up after themselves. I need to disclose that my brother originally started this business but has retired and the business is under new management. Our experience covers both owners. Our church, Woodland Hills Baptist Church, Newcastle, OK, has also had heat-a/c units installed by Ben Milam Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. and also has a Preventative Maintenance agreement with them. We had estimates from other companies when replacing the heat and a/c system and when looking for a Preventative Maintenance agreement both at home and at church. .
Description of Work: We have a Preventative Maintenance contract with them ($90.00 per year) - they do cleaning and inspection twice a year. If repairs are needed, they will do it at that time if not too extensive or have their office schedule a time to come out later. Seems like the last two or three years, our fall checkup is not until November or December and that is after we call them. Maybe somethings going on at that time of year that we are not aware of.

 + -1 moreThe representative inspected things I didn't even realize you should inspect, including in the attic and on the roof. After owning homes for 25 years I have never had anyone do that for me. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He also recommended other ways to filter our system, which we have installed. The price was fantastic and I would recommend this company.
Description of Work: I recently purchased a new home and needed to have my heat/air system inspected and yearly maintenance done. Also, we couldn't find the filter, which turned out to be in a very strange, hard to get to place.

Description of Work: We use Ben Milam Heating & Air Conditioning for our heating and air conditioning needs. We last used them when we had to transition and turn on the heat.
