 + -1 moreEric came out with Mandy his so called helper. They snaked the clean out, no results. They reported they went up in the roof and did something, no proof and nothing changed. Charged elderly couple $440.00 and left them in the same situation. Family member drives 3 hours from Kansas and pours some baking soda and vinegar down the drain, ckeared up and have had no more problems since. A-1 said they would have to come back out with a bigger snake on Monday, NO THANKS!
Description of Work: Had a clog in the kitchen and unable to use sink or dishwasher

 + -1 moreThis man came out and said he was handicapped so he had a boy with him to do all of the work. Only my kitchen sink is clogged and he didn't address that at all. He just found the line and ran a snake down it. They were not very professional. The first time I called they couldn't come out right away, so they came out the next day but never quoted me a time but he came around 10:30-11am.
Description of Work: They've came out about 3 times now to try to unclog my sink. They charged me millage as well. They just snaked my drain. If I didn't question my bill they would have charged me full price and not given me a senior discount.

 + -1 moreI am not going to call A-1 Plumbing & Heating again. I don't think that they are very professional. I don't think they fixed my toilet tank properly and they gave me estimates on some other work that was way out of sight and I just have the feeling that I couldn't trust them in the future and I'd rather call someone else.
Description of Work: I used A-1 Plumbing & Heating for some plumbing work.
