He would not answer his phone calls, or text and never reached back out to us with an explanation. We were forced to hire someone else because we needed the job done. I would not recommend Tanner as your go-to person."

At 10 am I got a text stating they would be more toward the 1 to 4 range because they were behind. 4 pm no one is here. I had to call twice, before a very moody tech showed up at 5:30 pm. He kept leaving ny front door open, even after ask not to, due to ac running and dogs present in the home. Then the quote. I could have replaced the whole door and motor system for the quote, when my door was just off track. At a 700 dollar quote, I told them no thank you, then they came back with a quote of 450. I again, I said, no thank you and sent them on their way. A new company showed up within the hour and fixed it for 180 bucks, in about 30 mins. Beware, they have no problem taking a woman for a ride to get as much money as possible."
