You Move Me

It went well. The movers were on time. They were efficient and took care of my stuff.

Tevin and Sean moved my son from a 3rd floor apartment on a HOT day and had to lift and haul: a very heavy sofa and love seat (2 recliners in each!) as well as two LARGE and TALL ( 6+feet) night stands, large dresser Tri fold mirror and two recliners as well as a large screen (57") TV and desk down the stairs. Then back UPSTAIRS one narrow flight at that new place. They NEVER complained or moaned. Tevin just said, "This is a better workout and cheaper than a Gym Membership!" They were punctual and very professional and wrapped everything carefully so it wouldn't slide or break. I would gladly recommend them again! Great Price. Great Job!

Didn't realize until after they left that back of cabinet was broken and file supports were missing. I'm still trying to find replacements. They didn't tell me about damage. I found it on my own. And the truck was gone.

The only bump was a delay in start due to the truck being out on another delivery that had an issue. Bill and Andrew arrived at the apartment, loaded items quickly, made another stop to get a gifted bedroom suite, then off to complete the move. The access was tricky with a sharp turn inside a stairwell, but they assessed the situation and completed it with no damage to the walls or light fixture. We had a question after the move and they were prompt to answer. I would use them in a future move.

Matt and Tyler spent an entire workday packing us up, then returned with a crew of eight guys and two trucks for a second day loading and unloading. It was a hot, humid day and they had to move large furniture down two flights of stairs and across a long, steep driveway their truck couldn't navigate, by hand. Then we made them move all the heavy stuff back upstairs at the new place--with never a complaint! We worked them hard, but the whole crew was unfailingly professional, positive, and personable throughout. Strong recommendation.

You Move Me was fantastic to work with as a moving service for my daughter between apartments in OKC. The movers were fantastic and a great bunch of people. They communicated with her perfectly and were courteous and very respectful. They tips for a quick move provided by You Move Me prior were also a great help to my daughter. They were a lifesaver! Three young men were polite and courteous during the move. They worked steadily throughout the process and were careful with each piece of furniture and box. The scheduling was changed three times on the day I was to move because of issues with the truck and earlier moves that went beyond expected time frame. But, they worked well past midnight to make certain I had everything moved into my new home without waiting until the following day to unload. They did not however, rush through the work. They took their time in wrapping the furniture well, and assembling many pieces of furniture for me. I can't complain about the rescheduling because I did the same thing to them due to problems and three delays in closing on my home. Each time I had to reschedule with "You Move Me" they were extremely courteous and told me not to worry about it because they would be there when I needed them. They were there when I needed them, and their customer service was exceptional. Every person I dealt with was extremely friendly and caring. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. I will definitely use them again if I need this kind of service.

There were some issues with their truck so they were late in arriving, also, they went to the wrong house initially. However, once they were there they worked hard and did a good job. Since they had to rent a truck because their's broke down, they didn't have all their tools with them and that slowed things down a bit. I had actually scheduled my move with another company and learned only days before my scheduled move date that the other movers was unable to do it. I called on a Monday and You Move Me worked me in for my original move date three days later! It was such a huge relief that they could do it on such short notice. One bowl was broken, but they are replacing it. They were very willing to do whatever necessary to get the job done. Moving is tough and I have not had an experience with a mover where there wasn't some sort of issue. All in all, these guys did a good job.

They were excellent...I mean, really! I hate moving companies usually and was so hesitant to hire one again! I have had to help the movers myself and carry boxes and do the lifting because they were slow and time suckers. I am a 5'6" average size woman and I would outwork grown men but that was NOT the case this time!! They were incredible. Showed up on time, SO quick and efficient in their teamwork and loading. Took them no time at all to get us loaded and on our way. When we got to our new house, they asked for direction on where things were to go and were so great to work with. I paid at least 1/3rd, if not a 1/4 of what I've paid with others movers in Tulsa for the same amount of items and this time there were even two loading locations since we also had to empty our storage. Can't recommend enough, and never ever did I think I would be so elated with a moving service....top notch!!!

Their service was alright. They had over booked their day and they didn't start until noon which meant they were still at midnight. We had a four or five bed roomed house to move and they were supposed to start as early in the morning and they had booked someone else first, so they did, they finished the job and they just started without even waiting. They did come out the next day to make sure everything was done right, so I appreciated that.

My family and I could not say enough wonderful things about our experience with You Move Me. Nick and Billy were our movers. Our mom was moving from her home of 37 years and she had a ton of large furniture in a 2 story home. The stairs wind and the hallway is narrow, leaving little room to maneuver large heavy furniture. They were both very professional and amazing. They didn't seem to complain or be put out one single bit by any requests we made. I even made a joke to one of them that I bet days like this they wish they weren't working. He laughed and said "nah - its just fine". When I asked my mom what the final cost was, she said around $850 and it was worth every single penny. One of them even told my brother he was available the next day if we needed anything. I would recommend then to anyone anytime. They made an emotional and stressful move much easier on all of us!!!

The guys were 15 minutes early but did not start our time until the set start time of 2pm. They were courteous and explained everything to the full extent necessary. They packed up everything we discussed then asked if we had anything else they could pack for us. After arriving to our destination they unpacked and placed all items in the rooms we wanted them. They even offered to reassemble furniture for us. We went over our allotted time slightly but since we made a it stop at the gas station, Bill did not charge us any extra from our Angie's List deal. At the end, they were very good about explaining our balances, and they even left us a plant. We were extremely pleased.

ON time/professional/friendly/helpful/very efficient/careful

Very pleased. They arrived in Plano a little later than planned, but you can't always predict travel and traffic. Once they arrived, the crew was very polite and professional. They all introduced themselves and called each of us by name from there on. Then the moving started and these guys worked hard getting everything loaded in the trucks. This was a large house with a lot of stuff and they kept at it until all was loaded at 1:00 am. They arrived back in Tulsa the next day and sent 2 extra men to help with the unload. They were very helpful putting things where we asked and were glad to move things around several times as we change our minds on furniture placement. As the job finished, each mover came to us individually and congratulated us on our new home and thanked us for the business.

I would definitely recommend them. They are a great moving company. They were on time, very efficient and moved me quite quickly. They went above and beyond for sure. Nothing was damaged during the transit and they came on a weekend.

The crew showed up on schedule and moved the household items and furniture contents out of a 3rd floor apartment - no easy task without an elevator! The team leader was professional and efficient but he had a trainee who seemed less than enthusiastic about performing the work. When I made the appointment, I requested mattress and box spring covers (for an additional fee) but the person who scheduled the move apparently did not pass that information on to the crew and they did not bring them. I complained that I did not want my mattress and box spring stored uncovered so they proceeded to wrap both in plastic and applied a credit to my bill for the inconvenience. The crew also wrapped the sofa in plastic at my request when it was placed in the storage unit; however, I was disappointed that my furniture and boxes were not well secured in the moving truck and began falling out as soon as the doors were opened. BrooksideThe request for a gratuity for each of the crew members at the end of the move took me by surprise. I was told it was a common practice and, after some consideration, I obliged given the difficulty of the move.

Very well. They took down pictures and a mirror and wrapped them in blankets. Loaded furniture and a washer along with boxes and drove to storage unit. They unloaded and stacked everything. All done with smiles and friendliness.

It was ok. They were really harsh on my furniture. I have a $3000 chair and told them they need to take the hinge off to fit it through the door, but he ensured me he could make it fit. It's all hand carved and he broke some of the wood when he moved it through the door. Other than the chair it was alright.

It went very well. These guys even moved a peice that was so heavy I was prepared to abandon it but I did not have to.

It went well excpet they charged $50 for gas and mileage.

You Move Me sent 2 of the nicest young men to help with our move. They were polite and worked so very hard. I would recommend You Move Me without any reservation.

Excellent communication arranging move date and details. The crew of 2 young men showed up just a few minutes after the scheduled time. They were very professional and courteous. The worked very quickly (even though they work at an hourly rate) and did a great job. Worth every penny!

Everyone I had contact with was great. I purchased an Angie's list "special" that gave me two hours of service for $139. I had the date and time scheduled, but a couple of days before the move had to bump the time to a couple of hours later. They were very flexible, and gave me no trouble about the change. The movers showed up on time ( a little early, even). They went right to work, wrapped the furniture as they loaded it, and got the whole move done within the two hour window so that there was no extra charge. They did a great job and were very pleasant and professional.
