You Move Me

Not too bad except they had a hard time handling a very large china cabinet, which I had warned them about. They did not bring a ramp to get it off the front porch and dropped it once between the porch and truck. Fortunately it did not break.

They were conscientious, but had trouble carrying a large china cabinet which had a lot of glass, and did not bring a ramp which they should have had to get it down off the porch.

Great young men who never complained the hard work required. Would definitely use this company with any moving jobs.

Great! However i find it a bit expensive for 3hrs.

Employees were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and we had job done in about two hours! Well worth my money. Couldn't have done it cheaper myself.

They were professional, courteous and prompt.

You Move Me is the best moving company I have ever used. They stated that our satisfaction was what was important to them, and they proved it with everything they did. Courteous, careful with our goods, and tireless workers. I would hire these guys to move me anytime, anywhere.

Received a quote for a whole house worth of furniture. We then sold three rooms of furniture and bought new to be delivered straight to house. The workers wasted lost of time. Took 1.hour for lunch, but only gave us credit for 30 minutes lunch. Broke several items (of which they fixed as they could). Took longer to move (even with three rooms without furniture) than estimate even though one guy spent 45 minutes in rest room and I went outside to find them not working several times. The owner is a nice guy and he made the things they broke as right as he could, but I feel they overcharged us which should have been made right.

They were TERRIFIC. I could not have asked for kinder more caring, wonderful individuals. They worked very, very hard in very hot weather and did a FABULOUS job. They followed all instructions to a tea. They moved a very expensive large curio cabinet with ease and confidence. I would recommend You Move Me above all movers. They are truly STELLAR!!!!!!!

I need to separate these comments between Office/Communication, Actual Movers, and Costs... Office: horrible. Grade = F. The rep who took my call asked all the right questions (size of home now (1200 sq ft duplex), # of bedrooms (2 plus 1 in garage storage), anything heavy (piano, china hutch, treadmill), etc... She took down my phone number wrong (which I caught in the confirmation email), so I emailed Andrew with the correct one and he indicated he'd get it changed - didn't happen (the actual movers tried calling the wrong number and never got through). She asked if I'd like some complimentary wardrobes the day of the move (to be returned later that day) and I said yes. She never explained the additional cost of consumables (shrink wrap) or the extra charge for moving a piano ($180). When the actual movers showed up they told me they thought they were moving a small apartment (and brought too small of a truck, therefore had to make two trips, which cost extra in time and travel). They didn't know about the piano, or other heavy items. They did not bring the six requested complimentary wardrobes. They didn't have my corrected phone number. Complete lack of communication, either to me or their own movers. I emailed Andrew my concerns the day of the move and he never replied, or offered a resolution. Movers: fantastic. Grade = A. The two guys showed up exactly in the middle of the time range, but (not their fault) had too small of a truck. They said they tried calling, but still had the old number (Andrew never updated them). They explained the process and brought plenty of shrink wrap (as it was forecast to rain all day) - they covered everything, either with blankets or wrap. Great attention to care, impressed. They moved the bulky heavy items very slowing and with great intention, they hit no walls and damaged none of my furniture (even the piano, which I got charged extra for, surprise) - awesome job. They explained they weren't told to bring any wardrobes I had requested, but they still carefully wrapped my hanging clothes in blankets and shrink wrap, extremely thoughtful of them. They indicated that since they thought it was to be an apartment move and brought the small truck they needed to make two trips. And they were told I had to be charged for the entire time, less their lunch break (though they displayed nice empathy at having to charge me). These guys were great and impressive in the attention they gave the move. Very professional. Costs: Grade = C. If I had been told upfront the extra costs for consumables, moving a piano, and the two trips (time), no problem. But the "sticker shock" of the $990 total, when I was told the estimate would be 6 hours (or about ($700), was overwhelming. I didn't leave the movers a tip, and felt bad about that. However, I corrected this the next day, as I had one of their phone numbers and found out where they were working and drove them over a good size tip each. It wasn't their fault, after all. I feel I was overcharged by $200-$250 dollars for the Offices' miscommunication, to me and the movers. Very unprofessional. And even more surprised by their lack of reply to my email the day of the move and offer of any kind of resolution. I will not recommend them to anyone, quite the opposite actually.

They were the best movers that we have ever used! We have moved atleast 6 times in the past 10 years and they were by far the most professional and courteous. Did not have anything damaged. They were awesome! Highly recommend

The moving team was courteous and efficient in taking care of our move and did a great job, even finishing under budget and in less time than expected. My one complaint, an antique desk was damaged/broken in the move and the team did not tell me that it happened. I do not blame them for the damage, it was a piece that I should have pointed out as fragile and I forgot. It was disappointing for them to not acknowledge the damage/break.

This is the 4th time I have used You Move Me and I am always happy with their service, reliability and promptness. Great guys and friendly service.

Great. Crew arrived early but waited on me to get there. Derek and Corey were hardworking and got a 2000 sq ft home moved across town in 3 hrs and some change. They were great and would highly recommend.

Andrew came out looked at what we needed, was very gracious on the phone as well as in person. His crew is very professional and uniformed. I have referred you move me to many people over the years and everybody is more than satisfied. Andrew and his business performs service in a way that you receive more than you would expect. I feel as though his services are worth more than he charges however it's obvious that he cares about people from his attitude to the prices that he charges.

They were okay, but they damaged some of my household goods and I wasn't really happy about that, but other than that, it was okay. Everything else was pretty good.

They were on time and very polite and careful. They wrapped our furniture and carefully moved it.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. The moving company was supposed to come between 12-2PM on Saturday on March 4th. At 2:07PM I received a phone call from a man who stated they were at the Burger King and would be another 45 Mins late. I waited.....at 4:10PM I received another phone call from a different man that stated he finished a job in Glenpool (25 mins from my house) and was on his way. They arrived and didn't have any wardrobe boxes even though I had ordered 8 of them. They immediately started complaining about how they did not want to do the job and they were mad about how much stuff I had. The did not pad anything even though I asked multiple times. They ruined MOST of my furniture. I texted with the manager constantly during the move with updates on the damage, and he said they would take care of it. My BRAND NEW $2000 washer/dryer set was scratched all on the front, large dents on the top and sides. I took picture of everything and I was told it would be handled. James the manager came out and took pictures and told me he would replace the washer and dryer. The next day, the owner ANDREW WILSON text with me back and forth. He called my husband and I liars, complainers and that we did not have a legitimate complaint. He said that I could sue him but I wouldn't win and he knows that courts don't do anything. I HAVE THIS IN WRITING!!!! HE BRAGGED ABOUT HOW COURT DOESN'T ALLOW text messages as evidence. AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THIS IN WRITING. I called the corporate in Canada and while they were nice to me NOTHING WAS DONE. BEWARE ANDREW WILSON is a cheat and does not stand behind his company.

The 2 gentlemen were very thorough to talk with me to make sure I understood the pricing and the starting time of my project when they arrived and we did a walk through of all the items that would be taken to storage. I provided sticky notes on each piece to identify the items to load on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a job done well.

It went great. The team we worked with (Skylar & Billy D) were very conscientious about the time since our job was per hour. They were fast, friendly and careful. I would definitely hire this team again.

Excellent service. Both guys were very professional. It was freezing cold and the hustled and got the job done in a timely and professional manner.

My movers were awesome! They were professional and fast. It didn't feel like a stranger was moving me, Cedric was amazing, I will ask for him next time.
