Description of Work: Moved large entertainment center.

Description of Work: They move us from a 2 bedroom apartment to our new house. The move went relatively well. We did have a small concern but it was taken care of by their management.

Description of Work: Moved entire household contents. More than pleasantly surprised with the moving crew. Tony, Wes and Jamie were our three assigned movers and I've never observed a moving crew work so hard. Arrived on time and immediately went to work. Moving Foreman, Tony, apprised you when they were going to take a break and go to lunch. Break was 5 minutes and lunch was 45 minutes. I have already shared my experience with our friends. It was hot outside and they still worked constantly. They were extremely careful with all the furniture, covered the doorframes and staircase with padding for added protection and wrapped all wooden & glass furniture. Not a single item was broken or damaged throughout the process. Finished the job in 10 hours. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Highly recommend the company and especially this particular moving crew.

Description of Work: At the end of the day you hope your belongings make it in good condition to the destination. Although the movers were punctual, fast, ... they were not careful enough and I had several items damaged. One item was a silk tree that was crammed into the truck, forced, and broke. The other was a lamp that was broken by workers at the destination.

Description of Work: Moved dining room furniture, bedroom furniture, toolbox, table saw, etc. I have used 2 other movers in the last year and these guys did the best job.

Description of Work: Company sent a team of two. They performed the job with no complaints (it was a hot muggy day). They took good care of the furniture. They maximized the storage space by arranging the items in the best possible way.

Description of Work: The yes for future use is qualified. We were moved (small amount of furniture) from Oklahoma City to Tulsa. The movers were prompt and professional. However, the schedulers (not local) were clueless. We received a price (verified twice) that we thought was good. However, two days before the move, after we called to confirm the schedule (they were supposed to call us), we were told that there had been a mistake on the price. The cost was going to be roughly twice as much. There was no way to find any one else at that point, so we were stuck with paying the extra cost. My advice, if you're using this company, is to have a plan B in case they try to do a bait and switch.

Description of Work: Two hours of labor for two guys to move an office upstairs along with boxes of equipment. The move included a roll-top desk and exercise equipment. Worked efficiently and were done in two hours.

Description of Work: I have used 3 or 4 movers in the past 8-10 years and this company was by far the worst. Two inexperienced movers, one who wanted to do a good job, but didn't know what to do. The other mover was careless and gave the impression he didn't care. Furniture was dropped, walls and doors were scuffed at both locations, and they broke our refrigerator door. It took them 12 1/2 hours to move the two of us a distance of about 6 miles and I had already moved the garage and patio items myself. We also moved all our clothes, linens, dishes, pots & pans. They primarily moved only furniture and appliances. While the manager acknowledged it took too long and knocked some hours off the final bill, he was totally unwilling to take responsibility for the refrigerator. They had removed the doors to get it out of the old kitchen and into the new one, but they had no clue how to re-assemble the doors and pinched the water line that travels from the unit to the door causing it to split requiring the entire door to be replaced. The only answer I got when asked about reimbursing me for the door was it was not covered in the contract (not sure negligence can be absolved by legalese?? They also left a shut off valve dripping which caused water damaged to an area of our hardwood floors, but I let them off the hook since the valve was difficult to turn off. A professional, conscientious provider would have mentioned the valve when they un-hooked it, but they just let it drip! I chose this mover because it was a promotional on Angie's List and assumed it came with the full backing of Angie's List, but I'm not sure how Angie picks providers to use in their promotionals? Just a terrible experience! Now I'm waiting to get a new refrigerator door and while I'm touching-up the walls and doors.

Description of Work: They had some jobs that ran over which caused my job to be an hour late, but I received several courtesy calls to update the arrival time. They are working to resolve a couple of issues. They are polite and worked very hard to get me moved into my first new home.
