It went very well. The movers were friendly, professional, and very helpful at all stages. They took care to wrap and secure furniture, and nothing was damaged because they took time to do it the right way.

Though the scheduler/scheduling was rough - hard to get a hold of, then they ran late. The rest was fine. The two gentlemen who moved us where professional, courteous, and hard working. They moved quickly and got the job done. We were pleased with the actual crew, the price, and the truck.

They did very well. They worked really had and took care of everything. And they didn't complain about all my junk.

The men were quick, very professional and I was very happy with the service.

oThe deal was for two men and a truck. Both men were very agreeable and worked very hard to get things "just right". I would FOR SURE use them again, if needed and highly recommend them to others requiring help with a move. This was a short distance move, but I was completely pleased and surprised that they actually managed to get everything moved and placed where we needed it within the original contract time. They were wonderful.

This was an excellent move.. This was a local move from a large home to a downsize home. They packed part of the home and moved us the next day. The move took 9 hours with two trucks and four people. Everything was done professionally with no damage. The lead mover knew tricks that I had never seen before such as how to get my new giant refrigerator threw a small front door. I highly recommend this company.

The movers were excellent. They were friendly, quick, and very professional. They carefully packed and moved my items and were very effecient. They worked under uncomfortable conditions - no electricity, heat, partially caved-in ceilings and were helpful and pleasant the entire time. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

The communication with Andrew was better than I expected based on using many moving companies local and national. I spoke with Andrew before the move and let him know that I had antique furniture that needed special care. My move was the first one of the day. The team arrived on time and were professional. They worked hard and did not take breaks. One item was damaged during the move. This has happened to me in the past with less than positive results - but not this time! They contacted me, immediately followed up with an appointment to come to my home and within 2 days it was fixed. This is a company that has high customer service standards and I would recommend them to my friends.

Andrew, the owner, came first to do the estimate. Very nice and professional. The boys moved me on Mother's Day. They were prompt, courteous, polite and friendly. They asked several times if everything was going ok. After they packed up, they even asked if it was ok if they stopped at QT to get a drink before coming to the other house, (It was hot). They went out of their way to fit a large sofa into a room, and asked several times if I needed them to do anything else. They offered to rearrange stuff if I changed my mind, and did so cheerfully when I took them up on that! They protected the furniture (the white sofas are still white). They were careful to not bang the walls, and used floor runners to protect the floor (other companies were going to charge extra for this). Their names were Wes (the most experienced), Floyd (very funny), and Zac (newer, shy) --I would highly recommend this group of young men, and this company. I had been dreading this move, after the horror stories I'd read of other companies, but I can not think of anything they could've done better.

My husband was so skeptical of using a company.... but due to his back and not wanting it sore and aching... I talked him into this. Guess what... he said .... If we move again, we will use them again, especially for all the large things to save our backs and our friends backs! The movers were very nice, they were professional and kept it in the 2 hour time frame after we explained we didn't want our whole house moved in the 2 hours, just the big items and they were very accommodating. They did arrive at about 6:20 pm and we were told by 5pm, but being we were scheduled at the end of the day, we were understanding of that. Just beware, the call center gave me some wrong information and once I talked to the actual movers it was a clear understanding of what services would be performed and in what time frame. They even gave us a housewarming plant. I even got a call from Andrew about the services. THANK YOU

Arrived at the appointed time, took great caree with a clumsy oversize sofa and move it without any damage. Took great care with my antiques.

Outstanding work!! Andrew's team called to confirm the day before, and 15 minutes before arrival. They were very courteous and frequently asked me questions to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted done. One mover (Tim) even took a few minutes to tack down a loose piece of wood on a hutch! Upon arrival at my new home, they greeted me with a house warming gift of a plant. Both movers worked quickly and efficiently. When putting my patio furniture on my deck, they even made sure the chairs were set around the table, not pile in the corner...fantastic attention to detail!

Andrew's team was able to respond to my need to have a large washer/dryer set picked up from one address and delivered to another the same day. They were quick, prepared, and solved my problem without any issues. A great experience delivered by a great group of people. - Tom
