You Move Me

Description of Work: Fabulous job! Could not have asked for a better move especially at the very reasonable price!

Description of Work: They did a great job. Moved my daughter within the time frame stated in the Angies deal I purchased. They worked quickly and professionally. They called in a third guy to help move a very bulky sofa down a tight flight of stairs, at no extra charge to me. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They moved my 3 bedroom house to my new residence and they did it with style and they took the stress out of the move. The three gentlemen who showed up were professional and made the process fun with their good humor. Extremely polite and hard workers. They worked at a very steady pace to get the job done as close to the estimated time as possible. They were not fond of spiders in the garage though, but even that they made light of the situation. The owner also visited with me the day after the move to insure everything went smooth and to bring me the items they couldn't fit on the truck the day before. All of the gentleman I met on both days went well beyond my expectations and beyond the call of duty to not only get the job done but to make sure I was settled into the new house. Even checking again after they were off the clock if there was anything else I needed moved (furniture or heavy objects set in the wrong place). Much better experience than I expected. Thank you guys!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $98 for a 20' Moving Truck and Two Professional Movers for 2 Hours. The movers were a little slow, but unloaded everything safely.

Description of Work: They left 3 big items when there was still room on the truck and did not offer to go get them. | |They left my refrigerator water line leaking - soaked wall and carpet behind it . | |They gouged my headboard - can not be repaired. Scratched up several other items. | |They were nice but not professional movers - hence the damage to many pieces. They are nice but inexperienced.

Description of Work: Moved from 3rd story 2 bed, 2 bath apartment to house. They called to say they would be 30 minutes late. Took frequent breaks, but did not calculate that into total time. Did not use carpet runners or protection on doorways as movers in the past have done, but were careful with furniture. Listened to our instructions on how to safely move furniture and where to place furniture in the house. Overall, a good moving experience with no damage to furniture, house, or apartment.

Description of Work: Timely, quick, careful. What more can you ask from a mover? We had also purchased a special from Angie's list so cost was very reasonable. The workers introduced themselves and were very nice. They took a weight bench and weights, a treadmill, and 3 very large pots from 2 different houses to our house. Everything was completed within 2 hours. They even asked if we wanted a morning beverage and presented us with 3 plants before they left! Thanks for saving my back!!!!
