Two Men And A Truck

The 4 th time 3 credit cards were stolen and fraudulent charges made on each to the tune of $900. The last time they moved my household I had about $7000 in jewelry stolen out of my home and 2 tvs that I have discovered so far. They will only pay insurance if the criminals are convicted. Otherwise tough. The last movers were going through my stuff opening taped boxes and generally were not careful with my stuff as previous teams have been. Use them at your own risk. I will never use this company. One worker on the 4 th move had a long rap sheet with police I found out later.

Movers did not tell me I needed to unpack refrigerator/freezer and they also didn't bother to do so. Food was thrown and items broken in refrigerator. After moving my freezer which is chest type, it will no longer work so I lost a freezer full of meat, etc. My 4 poster bed is now a 3 poster bed thanks to their rough handling. My 1964 original Schwinn bicycle disappeared as well as some meds I had in refrigerator. They also tore a hole in my couch & only offered a $75 compensation. The couch is (was) practically new. I have 4 lawn chairs missing (were they left on truck? no one knows). One of the three crew members stumped his leg or toe while moving the freezer by himself which angered him so he uttered a curse word and kicked the freezer. They hand you a sheet showing what they did and ask you to initialize all the lines. I had NO time to inspect a truck load of my goods to see I should have initialed the lines which in effect limits their liabilities for damages. I am a widow and had no one else to help. They charged over $1600. They first told me they could take my riding mower and also push mower, then later told me it would require another trip (which meant more money). I was sent a survey email by the company asking for my opinion. I told them what happened & never received a response. I would never use this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone.

The two men where great, they worked very hard and were so helpful even when I added more and more things to move. I would recommend and hire again!!

The guys were prompt, professional and very courteous. They were very efficient and careful in both their loading and unloading. We were very impressed and can highly recommend them.

We had originally gotten quotes from 5 different moving companies (giving them a 2 week timeline). We found one that was 5 stars, but flaked out on us at the last minute. In a scramble I found Two Men And A Truck in the Tulsa area. We spoke to Richard over the phone on a Tuesday late morning, and he was able to arrange our move for the following day and at a better price than any of the other companies had given us! As for the moving experience itself, my husband and I have nothing but the highest praise for the guys that moved us - Love them! From start to finish, Curtis and Shawn were professional in every aspect; Hard working, knowledgeable, friendly, clean cut, and extremely careful, but fast. We had some big heavy stuff and not one word of complaint or negativity. Can do attitude all the way around.

I wanted unpackers to come but they sent 2 men that were actually unloaders. I needed assistance with putting the items away. They just opened the boxes for me.

Do not use. Period. They stole things. They were rushing us and did not do a thorough job. Also left before we were even finished.

They actually moved us twice, the first time into storage at Kool Storage in Tulsa and the second time from storage into our Tulsa home. The four movers worked hard, long hours and were extremely respectful and contentious. There was some minor damage which was repaired at their expense. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Two movers showed up on the appointed day @ 8:00 am, wrapped and carefully loaded our furniture and then met us in OKC. They did a great job. They were very careful with furniture, walls and woodwork, both coming and going, they removed the wrapping, put furniture where we wanted it and maintained their good humor through out the move. We thought the cost of the move was fair and it was the amount that was given in the original estimate. We would definitely use this company again, except that I am never moving again!!!

The experience was good. They were on time, they were professional and they took good care of the equipment they were moving. I thought they had a very fair price.

They underestimated they amount of furniture I had and only sent two men. They were late. They didn't pack correctly and scratched or broke every piece of furniture. When they opened the truck furniture fell out. The office was rude to me. They somehow managed to scratch the wood floor when they set my furniture down. The whole move was a mess, I called the office and received no help, was told the bad move was my fault. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It was excellent. They were very friendly. They were on time. They did not toy around and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. They did me a good job.

They were the nicest and most courteous movers we have ever had(and we move a lot)! They were also the hardest working. But the most amazing part was how pleasant they were to be around! Different than any other moving experience we've had, in the best possible way! Our employer paid for the move, so I am not sure on the money, but I do know they got bids and found them the most reasonable. Great people!!

I got them from Angie's List. We are still moving. They are good. Their price is comparable. We had 3 guys come out and they helped us move. The broke a form but they fixed it. They call before they come, they let you know they are on the way.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! These guys work fantastic together. Extremely strong, careful, mindful, and pleasant. They were on time, moved everything we needed, placed in location we wanted, done in a good amount of time. We did have some extremely heavy items, they moved furniture no problem. They even moved our 400 lbs. umbrella. I am impressed. I would recommend and have already. Good workers.

They arrived about 30 minutes late because they were finishing up a prior job. They completely covered the piano and 3 men rolled it out to the truck. The had a lift and then rolled it into back of truck and secured the piano well. The unloaded and rolled piano through kitchen, nothing scratched and set it where I wanted. They were quick and efficient. I would use them again if needed.

On the day of the service they did arrive on-time. However, it took longer than expected and added to the final costs. I also had some damage that took over 2 months to get addressed. I had some damage to the stairs of the new place. They came out and took measurements but replaced it poorly. Other than that - everything else was fine. I believe the company did all they could and were obligated to do - but definitely not go above and beyond.

I got a bid from them and considered it excessive.

The men did a great job and I would use them again.

Overall it went fairly well, but it was not without it's stresses. The guys showed up a little late but were very efficient at getting our things loaded up (once they started)-- outside of a pool table, which we told the office we had when we booked. "No problem" we were told. When the guys arrived we were told "problem" and that they wouldn't do it. The office tried to force them too, but they made a good point that they were not trained to, and the office wouldn't cover damages to something that they weren't trained to do if we had a problem. The main guy at this point was arguing on the phone with headquarters, rather loudly, on our front lawn, (Not what you want to hear when you have to be out of the house by the weekend and it's Friday), and was threatening to turn around and head back to Tulsa without packing us up. Eventually my husband called a guy an hour away (who was unable to come on such short notice) and he had to walk my husband through disassembling the pool table. Everything was eventually loaded and we all headed to Tulsa. The guys were at our house unloading until Midnight (they had already driven nearly 9 hours at this point and loaded a 4 bedroom home and then unloaded with a steep set of stairs). They said they had to head to another job in the morning. We had 2 minor things broken, which I did not ask them to fix. My main issue was with the communication between management and the workers. I felt bad for the guys doing our job, but at the same time didn't need that stress, but I can understand having to put your foot down. It really seemed like a management issue, which honestly, makes me more leery to use them in the future.

The two gentlemen who moved me were awesome. They came exactly when they said they would, were very professional and worked very hard. I had just had my floors refinished in my new house and they were extremely careful when they moved the furniture in, going out of their way to make sure they did not mar or scratch the new flooring. They were absolutely the nicest guys ever and I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone.
