 + -1 moreInitially, I had some difficulty getting the company to call me back to schedule an estimate (hence the B on responsiveness). But after that, it all went well. Once the company was out to measure, the rest of the process was smooth and reasonably quick. I went with a modern gas fireplace (glass beads) rather than gas logs, and with a remote. The installer was prompt (early, actually), courteous, and professional. I'm very pleased with the work and the result.
Description of Work: Installed a gas fireplace in the old wood-burning fireplace. There was a gas starter already in place, so no gas line needed to be run.

 + -1 moreCalled 8-30-13 and requested service call to measure for glass doors. Took a couple of days for the person that schedules estimates to return my call and set up time and date. Came out in just a few days and took measurements. Left brochure on what styles and colors I could order. Explained that even tho my house was 20 years old, they could still order the doors manufactured by the company that installed my fireplace. Doors were ordered, received and professionally installed on 9-17-13. Installer was fast, professional and very courteous. Took the time to explain how to safely operate and use. Doors work perfectly and look wonderful. Very satisfied with the work, the service and the professionalism of this company and it's staff.

 + -1 moreI use Tulsa Fireplace Supply because the builder used them when he built the house. He said the guy that came out was really good. He also said that it would cost as much to put new gas logs in as it would to fix the ones that weren't working. It takes a lot of time and they charge by the hour. So we just went ahead and got a new set of gas logs.

 + -1 moreOverall the company is easy to work with. They are a little unorganized. We had to call them to ask when they could install even after we visited their showroom the prior week. But they are friendly and did a great job.
Description of Work: Tulsa Fireplace and Supply installed a vent free gas log set in our existing wood burning fireplace. I cleaned out the fireplace prior to their visit. It took them about an hour and the job was done professionally.
