Shannon was late because she got lost on the way to my home, but did a good job once she arrived. She seemed to be open to direction and was eager to please.

They arrived, cleaned the house fairly well, said "it won't take as long next time" and "we'll see you in 2 weeks" never to return again and never returned my calls to see what the problem was. I have no idea what the issue was. I had no troubles with them, did not complain about a thing, told them it looked great. This was shocking to me that a business would behave in such a manner and really angered me as I was having a party for 150 people the next month and really wanted a few good cleanings before it. They wasted 2 weeks of my time in which I could have been finding another service and ended up with a very good service but they only had time to get one cleaning in before the party. I would stear clear of this company if you want a company you can count on.

I love Total Care Housekeeping Services. Even my mother loves it, which is most important. They are the best! I highly recommend them. One thing I wouldn't bother with is the initial full housecleaning. It was only so-so. But that person was new, and only lasted that day. Since then it's be perfect. Better than expected.

Provider arrived punctually and worked without stopping for full 6 hours.

I used a coupon, but they do charge extra for deep cleaning. There were two young ladies and they did a good job overall. They were punctual. They worked very hard the entire time - no wasting time. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to & wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. There were a few things they missed. I think as they get accustomed to my house & my needs, they will be able to improve on a few things. I would definitely recommend them.

They did 3 hours of housecleaning. My first contact with this company was as a result of deal offered on Angie's List. I was happy with their work and have been using their service twice monthly for about a year.

The office seemed disorganized, but the two ladies that cleaned were good.

I scheduled a housekeeper. The housekeeper was to arrive at 12:30, at 2:00 no one had come. I was at work and my husband didn't have the services number to call. I called later that day when I was home from work. They were very apologetic and promised to make things right and reschedule someone. I was told I would be called back in a few minutes. Three days later I still have not heard from them. I can understand scheduling mistakes and was willing to overlook the inconvenience. However,when I'm told that I will be called bsck in a few minutes to reschedule and the call is not returned as promise I draw the line there. I will not be calling Total Care again.

I have submitted this review twice, When it was requested the third time, I called and gave the review again to the person I spoke with.

I am very pleased with their service. I've looked at other housecleaning services and they are the most reasonably priced. They actually raised their prices but because I had used them in the past, I was grandfathered in on their old prices. I haven't found anybody that comes close to them. They are by far the best value for housecleaning in Tulsa.

Thoroughly cleaned the house! dusted, mopped, vacuumed, laundry, anything that needed to be done.

Arrived on time - got the details of what was needed and started the task at hand.

Was a little confusion in getting a date agreed on to come. Other thatn that, they did a good job and well worth the Angie special 50% off deal.

It went well! I responded to an Angie's List deal. She came out, was very professional and friendly, did a great job cleaning. She also did extra things I requested.

They are very good at what they do and good with detail. They started out with a list of what we wanted them to start out with in the home. They show up ready for work with all of their supplies. They are curtious and very nice. We are already using them again.

The young lady arrived late due to the weather which was understandable but I would think when you arrive late you still work the same amount of hours promised. She didn't. She was very nice but really didn't clean to my satisfaction. I didn't think to check her work before she left. Big mistake. The floors were ok in the kitchen and halls. The bathroom shower door and floor didn't look like it had been touched and the other tub hadn't been scrubbed.The blinds hadn't been touched. Very disappointed.

I never got a call back from this company. Very disappointed that they didn't even return my call. I called them because of their good ranking on Angie's list.

The housecleaner worked very hard and very fast.

It went great. The young lady who cleaned my house went the extra mile to make sure she dusted everything, swept the floors and washed the kitchen cabinets and stove. The bathrooms were sparkling. Was definitely impressed.

First time I got a call 1 hour after the scheduled time. The lady said she over slept. I called Carman to make sure she knew what happened. Carman asked me to give them another try that was a bad first impression. Second time no call no show.

FIrst person who came was excellent, although she did not follow my priorities for the deep clean and did not complete my preferred cleaning chores. Good experience overall, so I used service again for a regular housecleaning. Second person who came spent nearly all of her time on the master bath (a small one), even though I asked her to move on. She was busy on the phone with a boyfriend crisis. Did not complete at least half of what she should have, but left when alloted hours were up. Very disappointed.

I, personally, was not there during this cleaning but the family member was extremely satisfied with the service provided.73170
