They supposedly spend 6 hours on the 2500 square foot home. The home is completely empty. They did clean the stove top. It looked great. I assume they cleaned the floors. They did not not look bad before they came. They did not dust the light fixtures or the fireplace mantle. I specifically requested they clean the basement. It was not touched on June 10. I called the next week. They said she ran out of time and she would go back. When I returned to the home days later the lights were left on in the basement but no cleaning was done. I left two messages with the company but no one has returned my call. Find it hard to believe they spend 6 hours on the empty home. Price would be fair if the work had been done.

It was barely OK. After she finished, you could hardly tell that she did anything but vacuum and do some dusting. We do a MUCH BETTER job ourselves.

it was OK. I was not there but my son and a couple of guys working on touching up the paint were there. Not all the ceiling fans were cleaned. the kitchen floor was not cleaned. There were spider webs above the stove that are still there. And, this was for 6 hours of cleaning and she left after about 1 hour and 15 min early. Those guys were supposed to be finished before she came, but I did not tell them that before hand, and there was not furniture to clean around. She left early and there was still cleaning to be done. I will not use them again, unfortunately. I have a cleaning person for my personal home at this time but I was looking for someone to do a deep cleaning on occassion, unfortunately, I did not fine that person this time. It was also my understanding from my son that she called her boss and tried to get out of cleaing the house on that day because of the guys there. When I made the appointment, I told the person I was talking to that my son had moved out and I had not been in it in over a year so I had no idea how much cleaning needed to be done, and was told at that time if the 6 hours did not cover it that they would call me and let me know how much longer it would take and talk about how much it would cost. I never recieved a call and she did not stay the 6 hours and the house is not completely clean. I did go over when I got off work to look at what had been done and it looked just OK. As I stated the ceiling fans were not all cleaned and the kitchen floor was not clean at all. It was my understanding that this was for a deep clean, and what was funny to me was that one of the painters was still there and as I was looking around, he asked me, wasnt this supposed to be a deep clean, and I said yes, and the then said, well, it looks like their deep cleaning is not to deep! I am updating my review, the lady who cleaned the house, her boss called me on Saturday asking about what had happened. I spoke with her for a while on the phone and she did say they would come back and finish the cleaning. I have taken some pics of what I thought should have been cleaned and was not, and I have not heard back from her as of yet. We shall see. Well, no call back. Today is Sat and I sent her the pics on Monday so I would say they disagree with me so I won't b changing my review for the better and I won't. B using them for the home that I live in.

This company has been leaning my home for 2 yaers. All of thier employees have been friendly and courteous. They have always cleaned well. For the past year Rhonda has been our regular lady and we love her. She does a great job and is very friendly.

The ladies were very friendly and did a great job cleaning. It was so nice to have a clean house and even extras like baseboards and high up dusting done.

Had one cleaner for 6 hours. I briefly covered the areas to be cleaned and what needed to be done. Explained the priorities. She was a little slow but very thorough and was able to get all areas discussed and prorities completed within the time alloted.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The team originally assigned to my job ran into car trouble at the last minute, and could not come. Charlotte was able to assign a replacement team, and they arrived 90 minutes later (good response to a difficult situation). We walked through the house and I explained where they could skip a room, or where special attention was needed in other areas. I asked that they clean the spare room/office first so I could work, and they obliged. Overall the team did a good job. They missed 1 window blind, and were supposed to clean both sides of the windows (we have the thermal windows that fold in for easy access) but did not. In all fairness, it was raining off and on, and I did not specifically remind them either. Remember to point out delicate items that need to be handled with care. Also, if you want counter-top items placed back in their original positions, you will have to specify that. Great price for the scope of work performed.

My first house cleaning experience went well. They did arrive a little late but Goggle Map sent them on a longer route. Once here and after a quick visit they got right to work dusting, wiping down and vacuuming my house. My house looks and smells very clean. They did a wonderful job, I am very pleased and would hire them again. Thank you Total Care Housekeeping Service.

The girl that did our cleaning was very sweet and she did a good job. She could've taken a bit more initiative though. About half way through the cleaning, she came to a hault and wasn't sure what else needed to be cleaned. I had to give a lot of instruction. She was responsive to my requests, but that day I was getting ready for a party and didn't necessaily have time to stop and instruct her on what to do next.

This was one of your own Big deals. $ 99.00 for 2 gals for 3 hours or 1 person for 6 hours. We did the 3 hours and both were very good

best cleaning service i have ever used in tulsa. girls were fast and thorough. Did everything I asked. Have used other services they have broken things, not told me they were broken and done horrible jobs. ran out of time then charged extra to do the things that i specifically asked to be done. will definitely use in the future. c. higgins

The appointment was moved to an earlier time (with my approval) and the team arrived promptly; worked efficiently and pleasantly. The team leader answered all questions and did take care of a special request to treat some mildew on bathroom grout lines. They accommodate our dog being in and out.

Most do a good job, but some skip cleaning of bathroom sinks, along with countertop. The shower is one of my priorities, but soap scum is not cleaned off completely. The person I have now does a great job. $25/hr 3 hr.

I was very impressed with the promptness, and courteous service. The team clean I had was wonderful, pleasant and I hope to fit them in my budget monthly. We have a big, hard to clean home and it was shining at the end and smelled wonderful!! Very pleased:)

I purchased the deal for my pregnant daughter. She just called me and was so thrilled with the work and the way her house looks that she was practically in tears. The ladies did a great job. The Company Rep I spoke with on the initial call for services was pleasant and courteous. She explained in detail their services and prices. I did ask for her to email me the same information but never received it. We set up a time for cleaning on the next Monday (3/31) at 9am and she gave me the name of the person to expect. On Monday I called to confirm there would be someone at my house at 9am. The same company rep told me yes between 9:30-1000am, and gave me a different name of the person to come to my house. I inquired about the change in time and personnel and was told there had been an urgent matter the previous person needed to attend to. No problem on my part-things happen, but I would have appreciated a phone call--keep the customer informed. The new person (Lorraine) arrived a little later than expected; 10:30am. Better communication needed??

We picked Total Care based on the reviews that had. I called them twice to set up a meeting at our home to get an estimate. After first call, the rep told me she would get back to us. That never happened. I called again 2 days later and same rep answered. She told me someone would call within a few days to set up a time and date. That, again, never happened. Very poor customer service.

When the girl assigned to us had family illnesses, she did not show and no one called to let me know she was not coming. Only after I called them would I learn of the problem. Communication with company leaders was consistently very poor. The girl who cleaned did not move footstool or other small items to vacuum under it. Did not clean mirrors well, skipped cleaning shower walls and other shortcuts. Was usually punctual and pleasant however. Overall was very disappointing

She does light housekeeping including dusting, vacuuming, mops our tile floors and the bathrooms. She will do whatever we need in the three hours. Rhonda does a very good job and we have been pleased.

It went terrible. The first time they were scheduled out they called and said they needed to reschedule. I have tried multiple times to reschedule by phone no success, please get the work done now or refund my money. Rick Ratliff
