It is our policy to contact every client after their initial clean. I never was informed that there was a issue with that clean. I reviewed our calendar this morning and show the last time we cleaned for this client was in 2012. I'm surprised to just now be hearing about a problem after so long. However after reading this review this morning, I personally tried calling the client again. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the problem and correct the issue with the client if possible. I will call again to try to resolve this.

Description of Work: I thought they did a great job. I have no complaints at all. I was however quoted a $10.00 trip fee and when she arrived said it would be a $20.00 fee. The company did end up only charge me the extra $10.00. I really feel that $20.00 additional $$ for the trip charge is way to high.

Description of Work: Housekeeper did a six hour service on my 2300 sq ft home in bad need of cleaning. She arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. When she was finished she asked me to check and make sure I was satisfied. After spending more time around the house there were a couple of minor things I wished she had paid closer attention to but, being that she was happy to redo anything when she was here I'm sure she will be

Overall very good
Description of Work: I liked them very much. I have been disappointed with people that come to clean and then their work drops off the longer they work for you. Very discouraging. I also, have been concerned with the turnover of people coming to clean your house. They need to compensate for new people coming that don't know your house. I haven't called them back because I was concerned about some of the things I overheard one of the ladies talking about.

Thank you so much for the review. This was a training day for one of our new housekeepers. Our lead housekeeper and her were working together on this house and happened to say something about it being her first day and that did not sit well with this client. The positive side is that our company is growing steady due to our outstanding service. The down side is that we have to take new people into the field and train sometimes. We called this client and apologized that she had to overhear that conversation, and that it made her feel uncomfortable. However, i would like to note that we have only been to this clients house once so when she mentioned about housekeeping services and there problems...she is talking about other services. Nonetheless, since this review, we have booked this client for a bi-weekly service.I'm glad that we were able to help out and we look forward to working with you in the future.

Description of Work: I wanted our bathrooms, stairs, wooden blinds & shutters cleaned as my priority. All of that was done in a timely manner, so she had time to work on the rest of the house. Kitchen, family rooms, bedrooms, were also done very well. Very pleasant personality, professional, & was willing to do what I wanted.
