Description of Work: They came to the house to give an estimate. I have worked with individual housekeepers and professions cleaning companies. Total Care was by far the most professional and flexible of any other cleaning company. I will use their services in the future.

Description of Work: Got my kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a sunroom cleaned. Not perfect, but I have a big house to clean in just 3 hours, and its way cleaner than it would be if I was doing it. I was disappointed that they didnt change the sheets, when clean ones were laying on the bed. But overall, I think its a win. Price is good, cleaners were on time and professional. And i dont have to spend my weekends scrubbing. Will use again for sure.

Description of Work: They did a very good job the first time that I used them. However, I signed up for 1 x per month and the second time they did a poor job. The glass was smeared they did get the floors done. She did vaccum but the hardwood was not touched in the kitchen or den. She left the broom and full dust pan out in the kitchen and she did not dust in the bedrooms.

Description of Work: I had trouble making initial contact because I purchased the big deal way in advance of when I needed the cleaning, However, once contacted it was easy to set up the cleaning and they did a good job. I was pleased and requested an estimate of how much it would be to repeat the cleaning once a month and have not at this time to accept their offer but am still thinking about it. Their normal rate above the big deal rate as I would expect but at this time I am not sure I want to pay it.
