This customer had been with us since October, 2011 for a total of 6 visits. She had requested a schedule of every 6th week. Most housekeeping companies do not offer this schedule, but we are completely open to any options that work for our customers. We use the Google Calender for our scheduling which allows us to set-up a client on any repeating schedule and allows us to set visits in order to remind the client when their scheduled cleaning is, if requested. We set these dates with this member. However, one week before her 5th clean, she called and said that we had not shown up for the scheduled clean. We received a similar call one week prior to her 6th clean. Somehow, our schedule and her schedule had gotten confused. Also, this client used the same housekeeper for 5 of the 6 visits without complaint. On the 6th visit, she complained and requested a new housekeeper. It's important to know that each housekeeper typically has strengths and weaknesses. It's also important to understand that each client has different preferences. Some clients want extreme detail and extreme quality while others desire quantity over quality. We completely understand that and try to match clients with housekeepers that meet their demands. If, for any reason, a client calls and requests to customize their clean or requests a housekeeper that can provide higher quality or higher quantity, we make every effort to fulfill that request. We strive to have the highest customer service in the housekeeping industry. This includes allowing any schedules, customizing cleans, and fitting housekeepers with clients. We do occasionally make mistakes and for that we apologize. When we do make mistakes, we make every attempt to reconcile with the client.
