There were 2 people for 3 hours. I wasn't sure if they could get all the floors as this was an Angie's List Special 6 hours for $99. I was looking forward to this as I had foot surgery the week before and it would be a while before I would be able to do anything.
They arrived on time with all of their supplies ready to go to work. We had moved the furniture away from the windows for blind cleaning. They began at opposite ends of the house. In the master bath everything looked good except the toilet seat and lid were sticky, so I went over them with a sanitizing wipes.
They each had a different style for cleaning blinds one woman did a better job. I went to another room whiled they cleaned the floors so I would be out of the way. I was disappointed as they did not ask us what to do about the furniture we moved out from the windows. So when came to the living room the couch and tv had not been returned to their place and it was dirty under them when my husband moved them. I would have appreciated it if they had asked about them or when I set the appointment the person would have told me they don"t move furniture my husband would have done it. I wanted the floors "scrubbed" they were mopped but not as clean as I would have expected.
The company called me today to follow up and I explained the above. She was very understanding and said I wanted to use them again they would work out something with me. I would give them another try but I would make very very clear my expectations.

"Thank you for the review! We are happy to move small or lightweight furniture, but we do not move heavy furniture. I'm certain that they were confused about whether to move the furniture back simply because the clients had moved the furniture to begin with. However, you are correct about leaving notes or clarifying exactly what you would like cleaned. Our housekeepers have a standard and deep cleaning list that they are supposed to follow explicitly, unless the client has instructed them otherwise. If you told them to move the furniture back and it wasn't very large furniture, then i am certain that they would have taken care of that. Nonetheless, i apologize and we will fix that next time. Thanks again and we look forward to working with you again!"

The day was scheduled for 6 hr deep cleaning but that morning the cleaning lady was sick. It wasn't possible to get another 6 hour slot before Christmas so I took a 3 hour one and will get another 3 hour one later. But I couldn't have been happier with the results. I am looking forward to the next 3 hour cleaning. I will be a regular customer.

Dorothy arrived on time at 9:15 and worked for 6 straight hours until 3:15 without even a lunch break! Hard worker, thorough and pleasant. She willingly gave priority to what I desired, and skipped what I asked her to skip.
My home was sparkling for a neighborhood gathering I was hosting a couple of days later. It was wonderful and well worth the price!
I should add that I originally was scheduled for Friday Dec 14, but the woman who was scheduled was not able to come that day, so the owner made sure I was covered for my Monday event by scheduling the Saturday cleaning. I really appreciated her willingness to find someone to clean on that day in such a busy season of the year. Good attention to taking care of someone who is not even

She worked really hard to remove numerous stubborn stains, especially in the bathroom with the tub and the tile. Everything was left sparkling clean. We really appreciate the great job that she did.

I was not there when services were performed as original appointment was scheduled for Monday 11/19 and that appointment was cancelled on the morning of the scheduled appointment. Was a bit disappointed as I had made arrangements to be here but had to make other plans for next day when they did come. That was the reason for the score on responsiveness and professionalism.
Two people came to perform the services and all services were performed satisfactorily except for a couple of things that they weren't able to reach ie all sides of ceiling fans, and ceiling lights. I made mention of this to the office manager and she said she will make sure that is taken care of on next visit on Jan 8th. Overall, I was pleased with the results.

I contacted them to schedule my appointment and they returned my message very quickly and were able to schedule me as I needed. On the day of the appointment she showed up right on time and did a great job. It was so nice to come home to a clean house. I had never paid for a housecleaning service before so it was a rare treat and I think I'll do it more often now. THey told me ahead of time that if they had to spend more than 6 hours to clean the whole house they would call me and we'd decide whether to pay for another 1-2 hours or just quit where they were. The only problem I had was they went over an hour without contacting me. I had prioritized for her and would not have paid for an extra hour. But other than that I was very satisfied.

It went very well, I showed her around our home and then explained the work I was most concerned about, so that if there wasn't enough time for everything then what I felt was important was done. She concentrated on the bathrooms, ceiling fans and blinds. She wasn't able to get to the kitchen in the allotted time, but with the rest of the house clean I can finish the kitchen in no time. Now I just need to convince my husband that we need this service on a regular basis.

Maria left my house gleaming! She polished everything, all the furniture, the staircase banisters, all the kitchen cabinets. She cleaned and polished all the stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms were throughly cleaned from top to bottom. All the hardwood and tile floors in the house were mopped. The carpet and area rugs were vacuumed. I had the work done before I decorated for Christmas and now everything is looking great for the holidays.

Chelsey arrived on time and was very efficeint. She wasted no time and did a great job on blinds, floors, dusting, cleaned bathrooms. also cleaned some baseboards. She was extremely pleasant and can tell she enjoys her job. Excellent experience.

We purchased the Angie's List special for 6-hours of "Deep Cleaning" for $75, but also had to pay a $20 gas fee and tipped $20. The staff were very friendly and accomodated our schedule very well, coming in on very short notice. Only one house cleaner was contracted for this price and she seemed to work very hard, and was very professional. However, I was disappointed in the work after she left. We are clean people but have a decent-sized home (4000 sf, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths) so that takes a lot of time to clean. All we asked to be cleaned was baseboards, light fixtures, ledges, door facings, etc, since we don't always clean those. We also requested bathroom cleanings, but they were basically clean already. I was surprised how many ledges and baseboards were ignored and the floors she cleaned in the bathroom were not "deep cleaned" at all. She did a wonderful superficial cleaning, but not what I expected. I would use the services again, but my expectations will not be so high next time.

I called the company and they worked with me on a date I needed for cleaning as I had company coming the next day. On the arranged day she came and we walked through the house and I told her what I needed her to do. Then I left and came back in 6 hours. I walked though the house and she told me all that she had gotten done and I was very pleased. She used my vacumn as I suggested and came with all the cleaning supplies. She even worked in cleaning some of my windows and blinds which I said if she had time to do some that it would be great. Overall, it was a great job done.
