They arrived on time with all of their supplies ready to go to work. We had moved the furniture away from the windows for blind cleaning. They began at opposite ends of the house. In the master bath everything looked good except the toilet seat and lid were sticky, so I went over them with a sanitizing wipes.
They each had a different style for cleaning blinds one woman did a better job. I went to another room whiled they cleaned the floors so I would be out of the way. I was disappointed as they did not ask us what to do about the furniture we moved out from the windows. So when came to the living room the couch and tv had not been returned to their place and it was dirty under them when my husband moved them. I would have appreciated it if they had asked about them or when I set the appointment the person would have told me they don"t move furniture my husband would have done it. I wanted the floors "scrubbed" they were mopped but not as clean as I would have expected.
The company called me today to follow up and I explained the above. She was very understanding and said I wanted to use them again they would work out something with me. I would give them another try but I would make very very clear my expectations.
The two cleaning people were very nice.
"Thank you for the review! We are happy to move small or lightweight furniture, but we do not move heavy furniture. I'm certain that they were confused about whether to move the furniture back simply because the clients had moved the furniture to begin with. However, you are correct about leaving notes or clarifying exactly what you would like cleaned. Our housekeepers have a standard and deep cleaning list that they are supposed to follow explicitly, unless the client has instructed them otherwise. If you told them to move the furniture back and it wasn't very large furniture, then i am certain that they would have taken care of that. Nonetheless, i apologize and we will fix that next time. Thanks again and we look forward to working with you again!"

My home was sparkling for a neighborhood gathering I was hosting a couple of days later. It was wonderful and well worth the price!
I should add that I originally was scheduled for Friday Dec 14, but the woman who was scheduled was not able to come that day, so the owner made sure I was covered for my Monday event by scheduling the Saturday cleaning. I really appreciated her willingness to find someone to clean on that day in such a busy season of the year. Good attention to taking care of someone who is not even

Two people came to perform the services and all services were performed satisfactorily except for a couple of things that they weren't able to reach ie all sides of ceiling fans, and ceiling lights. I made mention of this to the office manager and she said she will make sure that is taken care of on next visit on Jan 8th. Overall, I was pleased with the results.
