It went very well, I showed her around our home and then explained the work I was most concerned about, so that if there wasn't enough time for everything then what I felt was important was done. She concentrated on the bathrooms, ceiling fans and blinds. She wasn't able to get to the kitchen in the allotted time, but with the rest of the house clean I can finish the kitchen in no time. Now I just need to convince my husband that we need this service on a regular basis.

Maria left my house gleaming! She polished everything, all the furniture, the staircase banisters, all the kitchen cabinets. She cleaned and polished all the stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms were throughly cleaned from top to bottom. All the hardwood and tile floors in the house were mopped. The carpet and area rugs were vacuumed. I had the work done before I decorated for Christmas and now everything is looking great for the holidays.

They weren’t able to get to me within the time that I needed. I really needed them to come out next week which I kind of expected it but I thought it was worth a try. The women on the phone was very nice and I think I would have enjoyed working with them and I will probably work with them in the future.

Arrived on time and completed more items than we were expecting based on other home cleaning services.

Chelsey arrived on time and was very efficeint. She wasted no time and did a great job on blinds, floors, dusting, cleaned bathrooms. also cleaned some baseboards. She was extremely pleasant and can tell she enjoys her job. Excellent experience.

From the first phone call the company representative was very pleasant, professional and responsive to work the schedule to meet my needs. The person assigned to clean arrived on time. Everything that was explained to me was done.

We purchased the Angie's List special for 6-hours of "Deep Cleaning" for $75, but also had to pay a $20 gas fee and tipped $20. The staff were very friendly and accomodated our schedule very well, coming in on very short notice. Only one house cleaner was contracted for this price and she seemed to work very hard, and was very professional. However, I was disappointed in the work after she left. We are clean people but have a decent-sized home (4000 sf, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths) so that takes a lot of time to clean. All we asked to be cleaned was baseboards, light fixtures, ledges, door facings, etc, since we don't always clean those. We also requested bathroom cleanings, but they were basically clean already. I was surprised how many ledges and baseboards were ignored and the floors she cleaned in the bathroom were not "deep cleaned" at all. She did a wonderful superficial cleaning, but not what I expected. I would use the services again, but my expectations will not be so high next time.

I called the company and they worked with me on a date I needed for cleaning as I had company coming the next day. On the arranged day she came and we walked through the house and I told her what I needed her to do. Then I left and came back in 6 hours. I walked though the house and she told me all that she had gotten done and I was very pleased. She used my vacumn as I suggested and came with all the cleaning supplies. She even worked in cleaning some of my windows and blinds which I said if she had time to do some that it would be great. Overall, it was a great job done.

Trish called to confirm the appointment and that the original lady had car trouble so Charlotte was sent in as the backup. Both Trish and Charlotte were extremely polite and professional. Trish even called the next day to check on my satisfaction with the service and gave me a quote on a standing bi-weekly service.

This was my first time to have someone clean my house, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. My sinks and tub are cleaner than they have been in a long time. I was shocked to see my dishes (four items) were washed and put away. My only complaint was that an additional $10 gas fee was charged when I called to arrange the appointment. I just feel this additional cost should be advertised before you purchase the deal, not afterwards. I was very pleased with the work and the individual.

They say on their website and over the phone that they are insured, but they are not. I had one of their girls here and I really liked her, but I came home one day and there was somebody different in the house. I was told she was fired for taking things. I have noticed a saphire ring missing, as well as a jacket and scarfs, and also a pan. When I asked why I had someone knew they said they forgot to call to let me know. They let me know Amy had been caught stealing clothes, but they called back an hour later and said it was Amanda that was caught stealing. I filed a report with the police so they could file it with their insurance company, but when I called they said they had cancelled the insurance policy. Saturday night I had called them to let them know I wanted my key back and would no longer be using them.

My first experience with this company was as a result of an Angie's List offer. I was very satisfied with that experience and have since arranged to have someone from there clean for me every two weeks.

This is a dependable service. I appreciate that they try to send the same person to clean all the time. The company is good to work with me when I need to adjust the date of service because of my schedule.

Excellent; even folded some laundry that was finished and stacked on a bed waiting to be sorted and folded. Having recently undergone spine surgery, that was an added plus. In fact, I didn't realize it was finished until later in the day.

Charlotte came right on time and was very professional. She did a very through job on cleaning our home. She even stayed beyond her scheduled time to complete the deep clean. I was very pleased with her attention to detail and that she wanted to make sure we were happy with her work. After such a great experience we decided to stay with Total Care and are now on a bi-weekly schedule.

The cleaner showed up on time, cleaned well and asked exactly how I wanted things, done and then did as directed each time. She did work the entire 6 hours straight. The service was excellent

Trisha got me all set up and did a fantastic job of following up!! Katrina and Terry were very professional and friendly! They did an EXCELLENT job!! I will use them again!!

It went ok. The young girl showed up on time and did what I asked, nothing more. I was told that baseboard and trim over doors would be included. They were not done. Never had a service before so didn't think they needed so much directions, instructions. Live and learn. I would use again for a special event cleaning, if price was right.

Went well ....Cleaner worked fast and hard , however 1 person named Lori wanted to talk too much about wether I would consider going with an individual rather than with a company. The answer is and always will be no, because of previous bad experiences with individuals.

It went perfectly. The worker showed up on time, didn't require any oversight, kept busy the entire time (no texting or smoke breaks), was thorough in her cleaning and was pleasant and courteous.

This was a very positive experience. They were very accommodating as I didn't need the full 6 hours of house cleaning at one time. I was able to have them at my home for 2 separate 3 hour sessions. I do live outside of the immediate area, consequently, I was asked to pay a travel fee, which I totally understood. The house keeper arrived on time, was professional and friendly. I prioritized the cleaning I needed done. She was most helpful and did a good job. I plan to ask for her again for my second cleaning. It is nice to find a company dedicated to providing quality service at a reasonable price.

Dorothy always provides great services, as have the other professionals that TC has sent. We use them every other week and have been very happy with their work, work ethic, and professionalism.
