She came in and was very professional.Did a deep cleaning of entire house

The young girl was prompt, friendly and professional but missed quite a few items and did not know how to clean windows at all. She did an ok job on the house in general but I hired the service mainly to get the windows done and that was not satisfactory. I stated this when I scheduled the cleaning. Now I have to do what I should have done in the first place and hire a window cleaner. Partly my fault I guess.

I had a great experience with this company; they returned all my calls promptly and were very pleasant to work with. They were on time, friendly, and professional. My house looked great!

I wasn't n at house during cleaning process,but when I arrived home everything was clean and house looked and smelled great,they did a very good job.

There's not a whole lot to say except that Chelsea did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job!

The first service was mostly good but the gal ran out of time to clean the living room which was one of my top priorities. The owner offered me a free hour of service on the next visit so I called on them again. Unfortunately the gal didn't show up and the owner couldn't get hold of her. So, we rescheduled and the next gal did a good job.

The first girl called said she was running late, then called and said she wouldn't, be there due to car trouble. The company said they would try to find someone. She asked if a Saturday would work. I never heard back from them. On Saturday morning the doorbell rang and to my surprise it was the cleaning lady. We both were confused, but she stayed and did an excellent job.

They came in and did a deep clean of our bathroom, shades, baseboards etc.

Overall she did good though spots. Where moved would not have again.

Arrived on time, she was alone, started to work on carpet, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned kitchen. cleaned a very dirty oven. Cleaned bathrooms. She did a good job, but was new on the job and was not sure how to organize her work schedule.

The cleaning was scheduled for 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. but the housekeeper didn't show up. So I called the company and they were able to find two ladies to clean in the afternoon from around 1 - 4, plus the owner offered an additional 1/2 hour of free cleaning for my trouble. I think they did a good job--for being unfamiliar with the house, I'd say it went well. All 3 of us cleaned and we got it done in time.

They were extremely responsive to our calls and followed up to make sure we were pleased. Very good work.

Provider was on time, friendly, worked diligently, asked for feedback before leaving. May need to call again soon as kitchen floor is looking dirty and I'm not feeling real energetic :)

Very well. The house was spotless. It was so nice to come home to a clean house and there were no chemical smells.

Unfortunately, they had to reschedule twice before making it third time. Two young women came to the house to do 3 hrs of deep cleaning. I was not there, but my boyfriend was. He said they were friendly and professional. I left a list of things that were my priorities, i.e. bathroom floors; dusting (incl books and nick-nacks); baseboards; kitchen floor, etc. According to my boyfriend, they worked hard and were diligent about checking off the items on my list. For the most part, the cleaning was good, but not excellent. I was disappointed in bathroom floor (tile), which I specifically mentioned on my list, and is not difficult.

Our experience with Total Care Housekeeping did not start off well. On our service day the cleaner did not show up. After several back and forth calls with TCH they finally stated that they could not get a hold of her, and they needed to reschedule the visit. We needed the house cleaned for an event, and the person I spoke with was kind in adjusting their schedule to make sure they could have a team out to clean prior to that event, in order to meet our needs. While it was not done on the original day, it still met our timeline. The girls who came to clean were friendly. They did a good job with the items that they cleaned. However, they missed several things on our list. We asked them to clean the trash cans and that was not done, and they also completely missed dusting my son's room. But the other rooms in the house looked great. I would give them another chance, the next time I need house cleaning services.

There were problems with illness. Ended up having subs but all went great. Lovely ladies. Will use again.

Liz from Total Care was punctual, pleasant and thorough. She went out of her way to make sure that she could do as much for us her duties and time allowed.

The woman they sent over worked diligently and did a very good job. She kept at it all day. She cleaned behind the stove and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. It was a very good job. Her work meet all my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with TotalCare Housekeeping, whom I found through Angie's List. The office manager, Trisha, responded quickly to my internet request for cleaning. I initially scheduled a deep cleaning (preparing my home for sale) and service was set for Friday 022213. At the last minute (late Thursday evening), I had to cancel my appointment. Trisha worked with me, and was able to schedule the service for the following Monday. The two-person team who cleaned my home was punctual, professional, thorough, and friendly. And, by the way, I sold my house in 6days! The buyers commented on the cleanliness when writing the sales contract. I recommend TotalCare to anyone looking for quality, professional housecleaning services at a very reasonable price, and I will definitely employ them again.

IT TOOK THE WORKER 8 HOURS TO CLEAN THIS VERY DIRTY KITCHEN. SHE DID A GREAT JOB AND WORKED HARD.
