I love these guys, they do such a great job, they are even more meticulous then I am. They are very respectful of my home and belongings, I am totally at ease leaving for work while they are in my house. They do a great job cleaning, it's practically a new home whenever I walk in. They espeically do a great job in the bathrooms. Would definitely use them again and I plan on setting up more routine service with them as well.

It went very well. Two ladies came to clean. We talked about priorities before the ladies started. They started with the things I wanted special attention paid to. They kept me informed of progress vs. time, and allowed me to make a decision to extend the time by 1/2 hour for each lady, and to have them pay less attention to one area. They did a great job cleaning. The only negative was a slight residue left in one tub. This is hands-down the best cleaning experience I've ever had.

Ebony did a great job, as did Leah and one other young lady who cleaned from this company. The owner treats her people right and that is important to me. They are really great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, it went fairly well. I was a little unhappy, because cleaning all the blinds was one of the enticements for me to purchase, and she didn't complete all of them. She cleaned most of of the house well, including kitchen, but did a poor job in master bath. We could see where she'd squirted cleaner on the shower floor, but no evidence it was scrubbed. She did not clean the tile area around the toilet in master bath at all, not even with a duster or vacuum, much less with any type of cleaning product.

One lady came and cleaned it all.

We had to cancel the first service which I had booked the day before the due date as the person due to come had a family emergency. We re-booked for beginning of January. The cleaners spent their time cleaning the floors, fans etc. of an empty house I had purchased, next door to my home.

Total Care Housekeeping Services were awesome. Actually, what I had them do is, I was moving out of my apartment, and I had them come in and totally clean the apartment, top to bottom, side to side. They are absolutely just wonderful. They did an awesome job. The price wasn't bad, for what they did. If it wasn't for the fact that I was in the middle of moving, I probably would have given them more. I was kind of strapped for cash, but they did an absolutely wonderful, wonderful job.

Very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job.

We scheduled it for 9:00 am and they actually showed up just after 8:00 which was nice. The cleaning was supposed to take 5 hours and ended up taking a little over 4 hours. The cleaning was done well however there was a strong smell from the cleaners used which was a bit overpowering.

Awesome! Thank you Total Care Housekeeping! I was desperate, a friend is coming to stay with me and I only have one day. I called total housekeeping first because of high ratings and was glad they could help me on such short notice. Rhonda wow! Definitely recommend. Cleaned my front door, she even took care of the tops of my ceiling fans. Lots of work and everything done perfectly. I've had this service before from other companies and this was by far above and beyond. Of course I'm not going to tell my friend I had help...Ty!

Absolutely awesome. Contact person, Carman, friendly n helpful. Althea was extremely detailed in her cleaning, kind, n helpful. I'm handicapped then was in a wreck which has limited what I can do even more. I'm very thankful for this company n plan on continuing to use them.

She was quick and got right to work. She did everything I asked her to do. I gave the service a B because it was a good service but not Excellent. I would use this service again because they seemed very trustworthy.

Nothing, in any part of the house, was cleaned satisfactorily!!

We purchased an Angie's List deal for cleaning services, and began using Total Care after the first of the year. They clean for us every other week, for 3 hours. Duties include general house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, etc). They have done a superb job and are very professional. One main thing I like is that they use their own cleaning supplies, so I don't have to worry about running out of cleaning solutions, paper towels, etc.

They are very nice people. Their cleaning skills need to be worked on. They dust around things, not moving them to dust the entire surfaces. The floor under the bed was not swept or cleaned. I'm sure they will improve with experience.

It went very well as I said before.

The girl who cleaned was very good. This particular time was during an ice storm and they called early to say they would be delayed. Good customer service.

Worker followed my priority list and did the best she could do in the time period purchased. In hindsight, I should have requested a second worker since the clean up needed was so extensive and maybe should have emphasized complete cleaning of each item even if unable to get thru entire list. Sister was there to oversee worker since I was unavailable. Sister said worker was very polite, and hard working, just too much for one appointment.

Cleaning was ok, but they missed the cleaning of my ceiling in Master Bedroom, which I had requested. They left the house with every blind raised and light on in the house. I was out of town and they left my garage door half way open.

Total Care Housekeeping Services is a C on overall experience.

I used their service last March. I did pay them extra $20 for some extra service that they have done. They did a very thorough service. They finished the basic cleaning a little earlier and they asked me if there was anything additional they could do and that’s where they cleaned my oven and did my glass on my doors and things like that. They were kind of above and beyond. They definitely save the entire 6 hours. They gave the service what I paid for. The only thing that they didn't provide that would have helped would have been like a ladder or a step tool because the person doing it was very, very short. And I have been using their service since that.

I actually was not very pleased with the company. The ladies who came out were very nice women. They change them on me like they second time they came. One of the things you want with the house keeping service is to get to know the person or persons who’s gonna clean and to keep that steady unless sometimes there’s turnover and I wasn't thrilled with some other things that they did or didn't do. But the women were nice it was like they were trying their hardest and when I left a message for them that I was canceling I didn't want them to come anymore they never even called me to ask me why or could they improve some things. So I was surprised to that fact and I felt very bad because they didn't pass it along to the women who’s gonna cleaned and she showed up and I told her I've cancelled it. I didn't really complain to them. The cleaners were very nice were nice and they were trying to do a good job but there were some issues with the company as a whole.

Both ladies arrived and I gave them 'the tour' then they cleaned for over three hours! I had an Angies List coupon so this was a special Mother's Day treat; they did a very thorough clean and asked good questions on how I wanted certain things done.

Overall, I think the cleaning was average, I assumed a "deep cleaning" would involve dusting the horizontal blinds in the 3 bedrooms, and under the couch and loveseat. (wood floors and furniture slides easily) in the living room. The kitchen cabinets did get cleaned but upon closer inspection it appeared to be a mediocre cleaning. The dusting was mostly surface not the bottom areas. The floors were cleaned but nothing was moved and cleaned under. I have a square table (glass top) in a corner easy to move but it didn't even get moved when the floor was done. At first glance I was pleased, the home looked shiny and the baseboards and cabinets did get cleaned as requested...but as I examined more closely my opinion changed.

The house cleaner (I believe her name was Ellie, she was fantastic) arrived promptly and went over my expectations and then began cleaning the upstairs while my kids and I finished up our morning routine and then left the house. When we arrived home, the house was spotless. I was particularly impressed with the bathrooms and tile/wood floors. We will absolutely be return customers!
