Description of Work: The person that came to our house had only been on the job for 2 weeks and didn't seem to be properly training to perform the home deep cleaning service that was advertised.

We contact every new client within 24 hours of their initial service to ask how the service went. We ask if there was any problems, questions, or concerns. We contacted this member following their service and they reported that they were very happy with the clean. The member did mention being put off by the fact that one person was in her house for 6 hours. However, this fact is mentioned very clearly on our website, flyers, and coupons. It is our standard practice to send one housekeeper to each house unless specifically requested. Having one person in your home means that only one person is responsible for your home. They know every detail, have personal interactions and communications. We never send "teams" as we have found that many people do not like that approach. All of our housekeepers are trained prior to going into the field. In addition, every housekeeper is taken into the field by a field manager, and trained hands on until the field manager signs off on their quality and quantity. After training, our field managers do routine "drop-in" checks on every housekeeper whether they have been with us for a month, a year, or several years. We are always willing to work with any home owner that is not 100% satisfied. We want you to be completely satisfied with every visit.
