Superior Overhead Door

I needed garage opener repair related to my wiring. I called Superior b/c I’d been unhappy with my previous interaction with a garage door company. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Houston came out and was friendly, professional, personable and competent. He fixed the wiring while explaining to me why and what he was doing. He also did a maintenance check of both doors, and made an adjustment to the garage door opener that wasn’t giving me problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They were very responsive and it was installed within about 2-3 working days from when I asked for quote. There were a couple problems, not due to installer or unit, and they were taken care of immediately. Price was substantially less than other quotes, and I was very pleased overall.

I have used Superior many times and have never been disappointed.

Excellent job. Very polite, skilled and knowledgeable technician did the job in a short amount of time. I did not rate the price because I don't know what others charge, but it seemed fair to me.

Work was completed quickly and he went to the extra effort of lubricating/cleaning rollers and tracks.

Great work, punctual, had to wait a little while, because they had to make the doors. Otherwise, I would tell them to use them.

I called at 11:15, the tech called at 12:15 to let me know he was ready to come, and the work was finished before 1:00. Very professional and polite. I was impressed with their service. Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to others.

They did a wonderful job!

Repairperson was polite and knowledgeable and got the job done. Basically the person who had originally installed the door opening mechanism had done a bad job: not turning the supporting screws all the way so it rattled and was excessively noisy. Now door opens smoothly and much quieter. Also he lubed the door and sold me more lube for later usage.

John who is their service man is the reason I used them on this project. He had done some repair work at my current home and was AWESOME! When I talked to Steve the owner I purchased the garage doors with the understanding John would do the work. Add bonus, their pricing was very competitive! I don't plan on using anybody else going forward for any garage work I may need!

Excellent experience, start to finish. I called Superior Overhead Door to obtain a new double garage door replacement quote. The office said STEVE would call me to set a meet time. Steve called in about 10 minutes and we set a time for him to review the job. STEVE, owner of the company, arrived exactly on time, took measurements, inquired about the type door I was looking for. He explained the options available and the features and costs of each option. He then gave a me written quote. I later called Steve and authorized the work. The day the work was to be done HOUSTON, the installer, arrived early. He was extremely competent and worked quickly. I was amazed at how quickly he removed the old door and assembled the new one. NOTE: all the while taking time to answer the numerous questions I had. He continued working while answering my questions. When the job was complete and everything was in working order, he then gave me information on my old garage door opener. He showed me how to program a new remote to the old opener. My old remote was dead and the battery had been lost. Houston told me I could take it to their office and and they could referemce it for me. I did and the office staff was courteously and helpful. Minutes later I was out the door with another working opener.

They were all excellent, polite and very professional. They kept their word. The first guy who came out was the owner and he actually fixed our door so we could use it manually until the new one came in. He did not charge us at all. Their price was the best we could find after comparing several companies. I would use them again in the future.

We bought an older home a few months ago. We knew the garage doors (3 car) would need to be replaced soon. At the Home and Garden Show in March, we spoke with all the garage door companies at the show. When the spring on one of the old doors broke recently, we called Superior based on the information we received at the Home and Garden Show. Steve was very helpful in answering our questions. We ordered insulated doors and they were installed in the time frame Steve specified. The workers arrived on time, did an outstanding job, cleaned up everything, hauled away our old doors, and the finished job looks great! The new doors really give a new face to the house, and we are very pleased with our purchase and Superior Overhead Doors.

This was an excellent experience. An extremely kind gentleman by the name of Steve came. He spent over an hour tightening, adjusting, etc. We had requested service on one door, and he offered to check the other door while he was here. When all was said and done, he told me that we were only a few months out of our 12 month warranty and he only charged me half of what the normal service call was. Very class act, and I will use them again.
