Exceptional job

I had a leak in my irrigation system in my yard. I found the control box and saw that they had installed the system years ago. This was a new house to me so I had no idea how this system was built. I called them because I felt they would know where all the valves were located. They do not keep a record of the systems they build but the technician remembered the house and would probably be able to find the valves from memory. When the two techs came neither one of them were the ones that installed the system so they were working without any knowledge of valve placement. The first leak was obvious and they quickly fixed it. The water meter was still running so they walked the premises and found another leak and fixed it. The had to dig quite a lot to locate all the valves and they were good at finding them. They had good knowledge of the system and how to fix it. They were nice enough to tell me that they were not going to recover the valves with the sod because they needed to be exposed in case they needed more work. Otherwise I would have thought they were just messy and lazy but they were far from that. They were very consciensous.

Southern landscape is a wonderful company I would highly reccomend. My mother has used them for years - they do a full service of lawn and garden maintanence. Her yard is perfectly kept. I on the other hand, like to work in my yard myself, for pleasure and for the money I save. However, I have called on them many times for their professional help. The biggest job was installing a sprinkler system. It was not an easy job as my lot is over half an acre and has many mature trees which make for a lot of roots! They were always prompt and friendly and they know what they are doing! My sprinkler is still working perfectly 2 years later and I havent done one single repair! This spring I thought I had a leak so I called them to come check; it turns out I had it on the same watering schedule from the previous summer and was simply saturating my yard. They did not charge or make fun of me. They did a thorough check and said everything was functioning fine and programmed my Spring schedule for me. I also had a design done for my front beds and they look wonderful. Eventhough I am not on a regular schedule with Southern Landscape, whenever I need the service of a professional, I will always call them. They are the best.

THEY PUT THINGS IN JUST THE RIGHT PLACES. THEY WERE VERY OUTGOING, JOYOUS, AND HAD GREAT MANNERS IN AND AROUND MY HOME. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AT MAKING MY YARD LOOK FANTASTIC.
