Some of the parts were not labeled and he called customer service three times to make sure it was properly assembled. He was VERY careful to make sure the unit was properly assembled. He is very professional, had all the tools necessary to do a good job. I will certainly call him for any other projects I have.

We have been using Joe's services for the last year and half. He is my go to man when anything needs to be done at our Mother's house in Tulsa. He has done everything from replace a toilet and sink and replace a rotting floor in the bathroom, to painting walls, and repairing a door locks just to name a few. He is honest, friendly, can fix anything or knows someone that can. We had a door that was kicked in, and since I live in Houston I called Joe to go replace the door....he went right over knowing that an open door in the middle of winter was not good, and when he called me he had already fixed it with out having to replace it. The door lock and broken wood are better then they were, and at a third of the price of replacement. Our house was built in late 1930s so there is lots of old stuff that needs repair and updating, he has helped me with every room in the house and outside stuff as well. Our outdoor faucets were leaking every time you turned on the water, and I went and bought the stuff to replace them, Joe took one look and said to take back the stuff I bought, they just needed new "packing"...it took him 5 minutes and saved us from and expensive mistake. I trust him like family, he has been a blessing in our lives because he will go beyond what you need.

He came recommended to me. I would grade him an A.
