Description of Work: Following recommendation of local extension service, I requested consultation with a certified arborist to evaluate damage to two 20 year old maple trees. Other local organizations said damage too severe and I should remove at least one of the trees. Arborist determined that the trees were healing, had no new damage, and both trees should recover based on treatment that I already applied unless some other factors arise. Saved me big dollars for removal not to mention time and expense to replace mature trees. Very satisfied with the result. Had used this company following ice storm damage to trees several year earlier.

Description of Work: Had a downed tree limb removed, and another tree that was overhanging my roof. They were very prompt, and out of three services they were the only ones that called back promptly. I had to pay before work was performed, which I did by credit card. Then they invoiced me in October saying I hadn't paid. It was finally straightened out and they did offer to give me a discount on my next service because of the misunderstanding. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They took down and hauled off a large tree from our backyard. The two men could not have been nice, more neat or done a better job. This was the first time I have used any kind of tree service and I plan to call them again in the coming months to do some other jobs.
