Description of Work: Replaced thermal pane glass in Den with same type that was leaking. The cost was slightly more than I thought it would be but very good service.

I have four sets of french doors in my living room. They are 25 years old. Ten french doors total had fogged panes. The "profiles" of the panes in these older doors are much lower than the standard current manufacturers are producing. Robinson took the time to find a manufacturer who would custom make the panes for me. Larry, who installed the panes was a true craftsman. I would highly recommend the Broken Arrow location for excellent service!

We got a couple of bids for our shower glass in our remodeled master bath. Robinson Glass was not the lowest, but I felt the most comfortable about their ability to do a good job and that proved to be true. We dealt with Rick Harmon at Robinson Glass and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out once (on time) to give us a preliminary estimate and made some suggestions on how we might do the glass for our shower which I liked. We went three-fourths of the way up the bathroom wall with the glass door and the glass for the pony wall. We had previously picked out champagne bronze hardware for our shower and he had a satin bronze for the hardware on the shower itself that was a great match. Rick came back out to do the final measurements for the shower once we firmed up what we wanted to do and the price, and what I really liked is how carefully he took the measurements — and then he did it a second time to make sure. That's what I would do if I were doing something like this because glass is very expensive (something I didn't realize until we got the bids on this) and you don't want to make a mistake on the measurements. The installers were on time, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The glass was exactly as we wanted it and I am very pleased with the end result. I would definitely use them again if we remodel another bathroom and I highly recommend them!

Normally I would not rate a company until I had a chance to experience their field staff service but this situation irritated me. I am a pretty busy person so when I take the time to call a company I don't expect to have to keep calling them for service. I called Robinson Glass to give me a quote on fixing a couple of cracked windows in my home . The lady who took my call told me that she needed to take a message and would have and quot;someoneand quot; return my call. This is kind of irritating me because I called during normal business hours around 10:30 am so I would expect that whomever answers the phone would be qualified to speak with me. At any rate, sometimes people have to step away from the phone or something unusual happens so I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt. That call to Robinson Glass happened two months ago and I have never received a phone call from them. It irritates me every time I walk by those windows. I just need to call someone else.

Very well. They did a great job.
Description of Work: I had a pane of glass replaced that was broken. The estimator came out and was actually early. The estimate was reasonable. I called and agreed to the repair. I had to pay half so they could make the glass. We set up an installation for the following Monday. The tech arrived 30 minutes early. I was not home, but he called me and I told him which window needed the repair. He fixed it and called me back with instructions for care. I was on my way home to pay him the balance. He said to drop by the office later and pay them the balance. Very good service. I will use them again.
