Residential Window Service

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I work in retail.. The installer came out to my house to install the window broke it trying to force it into the frame. Then yells out of F**k in front of my 13 year old... I call the company because noone contacted me that entire day to let me know what was going to happen next... The next morning I speak to the owner who was rude and didn't really care that I have to wait another month for a window, his exact words were I'm sorry it's a glass sometimes it happens. I tell him the whole thing has upset me that I needed to speak to my husband to see what to do next, He comes back with let me make it easy for you I will refund you and u can go somewhere else.

Residential Window Service was great to work with. The work proceeded as scheduled and was completed on time. We were very impressed with the high quality of work, and were able to complete the sale of our home in a timely manner

WOW! They are not only speedy, but they are a friendly and local business that cares. They were in consistent communication with me either via the phone confirming the appointment, via text telling me when the specialist has dispatched, via email sending receipts, or in person giving me a quote. I am telling you - with all the businesses out there, these folks are bar none.

She can open and close her door again, so she is quite pleased.

We had 2 windows that were cracked and needed new glass. We were very satisfied with RWS from the beginning to the end. We checked with other companies but were told they could not come out to give an estimate for 2 to 3 weeks. We called RWS and they were able to come and give an estimate the same day. The glass was ordered on a Tuesday and installed the following Friday, before anyone else could even get out to give an estimate. Customer service was top notch and they were all professional. We would use them again without any doubts and recommend them to everyone.

Steve was punctual and professional. He was very supportive in my time of need and provided additional advise on helping to make the area more secure. I have plans for him to return to do more work for me. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to assist you in a bad situation and his prices are most reasonable!!
