QACC was fantastic. I just knew that we were going to have to replace the dingy worn carpets in our new house, but we decided to take a shot and have them cleaned first. I found QACC on Angie's List and was able to schedule an apointment for the next day. Jeffrey Mann was on time and courteous, and we liked him right away. What he accomplished in our house was just shy of a minor miracle. He was able to restore our carpets to a like new condition. The stains - some black, some red, some brown - disappeared. The ground in dirt was gone. The carpet even felt soft and fluffy. I had to run errands that afternoon and was not there to see the magic as it happened, but my boyfriend kept texting me pictures of the half finished floors to show the difference. He called at one point to report that Jeff had been there for over three hours and was down on his knees working on a difficult stain. I was surprised at that because I was honestly expecting just a simple steam cleaning for the inexpensive price. Jeff and my boyfriend chatted the entire time he was there working, and he gave us a lot of great advice for new home owners. He really went above and beyond. When I got home I was blown away by how great the floors looked. When I found out that the areas to be cleaned were actually a little larger and took longer than estimated, I couldn't believe that Jeff held firm to the quoted price. Then my boyfriend showed me the back of his SUV. A can of poorly sealed yellow paint spilled all over the carpet in the cargo area last summer. He had mentioned it to Jeff, who then cleaned a test patch to see if he could get the paint out. There is now a rectangle of perfectly clean carpet in the middle of the paint spill. I have never heard of anyone being able to get dried paint out of carpet. Needless to say we will be having him back soon to finish the carpet and upholstery in the SUV, and I will probably have him do the upholstery on the sofas as well. I will recommend Jeff to everyone I know and never call anyone else for carpet cleaning. I give QACC an A+ for quality of service, integrity, courtesy and overall likeability.

We found this company though an internet search at the last minute, just the day before we had to have our work done for a major event. Jeff came over the same day, got the work done without needing any oversight from us, and did a fantastic job. We really could not be happier. He seems very trustworth and so we felt comfortable leaving him alone in our house while he worked extensively on our project. A huge compliment for his work on our delicate fabric wall hanging, which was a familiy heirloom. He got some diffcult stains out of it, brightened it up, and made the whole family happy with his excellent work. In addition to the great same day service, Jeff was also the best price in town. The carpets are all flawless, and the tile foor he worked on so very long and h****** (it had never been cleaned and is in high traffic area) came out so beautifully that visitors often compliment us on our new tile floor! We're always looking for contractors that can do good work at the best price...so Jeff and QACC is definitely someone we would and have reccommeded to all our family and friends.
