My appointment was at 9:00 and the plumber showed up at around 11:00. He was nice and professional. The problem was he spent a few minutes in in the bathroom. All he did was plunge the toilet and said it flushed. I had a big plunger and a plumbing snake sitting there. I had obviousy not called a professional to use a plunger and say it was done. My kitchen sink had started backing up the same morning before my appointment. He fixed that perfectly. I also had a leaking bathtub faucet. I had the part it needed and he fixed that. The toilet is still backing up. I will have to take another day off of work to have someone else out. They said I would have to pay another service call and it would have to be during office hours unless I pay after hour fees. Being a single working mom it is difficult to take time off. I wouldn't pay them to come back out to fix a problem they coun't fix the first time. I will be calling another company.

I was able to get a hold of them right when I was having issues with the toilet and drain system. Came out the same day, discovered a larger problem but gave me several solutions and took care of it that afternoon. I have used them before and will use again.

He's pretty good. He's prompt. He uncomplicates problems and explains them. He makes fair assessments and recommendations. He actually referred me to a different service for something he could fix, but something they would be better at.

The appointment went exactly as planned. Once the troubleshooting was over they promptly came up with a price and a solution and finished that same day.
