 + -1 moreJeremy and his brother were prompt, polite, and professional. They had great ideas for some projects I had been considering. They did find one extremely serious problem that could have caused major issues and would require an entirely new breaker panel. When I informed them that I have a home warranty that I would need to turn it in on, I expected a little frustration because it would mean they wouldn't get the job. However, Jeremy insisted that I call the warranty company immediately so he could explain to them what the problem was and how important it was to get it dispatched immediately. The only negative is that it's been a week and I have not received the report yet with the other issues that he found.

Description of Work: The service was to map out my home circuit breaker panel and give me a list of electrical outlets and switches associated with each cb. Also included was a whole house electrical evaluation for problems. It was very difficult to contact the provider because they are listed as Mr. Electric of Central Oklahoma in the offer but the offer is from their Tulsa branch/affiliate. Mr. Electric of Central Oklahoma, who Angie's List indicated the offer was from had no knowledge of the offer. After several calls to them they finally said I should talk to the Tulsa office. | |After contacting the Tulsa office I set up an appointment in mid-February. Jeremy of Mr. Electric showed up and got the data for my house. He left saying he would email the circuit breaker layout and estimates to repair any electrical problems. The cb layout was the only thing important to me, it was the reason I purchased the Big Deal. | |I received the estimate for repairs but not the cb report. After about two months I emailed Mr. Electric of Tulsa and after about a week Jeremy responded saying my email was lost in a flood of emails and he would get the cb list out when he go back to the office. Two weeks later I had not heard from him and sent another email asking for the product I paid for. | |Here it is almost two weeks after that and I have had no response. They did not provide the service I paid for with the Big Deal and now don't respond to my emails. | |

Description of Work: The service I purchased through Angie's List was well worth the money. The young man who came to do the inspection was very thorough. He sent me a multi-page analysis of everything he thought needed to be done. The only problem I had was with the amount of money his firm was asking for repairs. They ran into the thousands of dollars.

Description of Work: Re-wired main break box all new breakers, installed ceiling fans, smoke and co2 detectors, install can lights and outside outlets for pool building, also installed grounding wire for gas line in attic.

 + -1 moreHe was very prompt. He identified a number of problems to fix, but what he charged to fix it was way out of line. He fixed an outlet which was bad, and I am glad he identified it, but he took 10 or 15 minutes, and for parts that cost $15, he charged me $150 for it, and had reasons for that. I couldn't do it myself, so he charged me ridiculously for that. If you want to have a perfect house which is perfect electrically but just the price was very high. I questioned everything and he wanted me to charge $7000 to do everything. He did a nice job, and he identified everything, and he turned me off for what he charged for that.?? I called on Friday and they came on Monday. The work was good quality.

 + 0 moreI was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician arrived on time and looking professional. He put down a mat and put on shoe covers before entering the house. He listened to what I needed done and then wrote up an estimate. He went over everything with me and let me pick just what I wanted done now. He finished everything in a timely manner and cleaned everything up before he left. Technician was very friendly and professional. I would use this company again.
