Mister Sparky

Mr. Sparky was well represented in Clint, the gentleman who took care of our problem in a timely manner.

Installed new panel for $2300. While this cost was high he tried up selling to total home rewiring job plus haviving to join they're Mr Sparkey club for guarantees and discount on future service. Keep in mind this is a small rental property. The next day the hvac system quit working. Turns out the box was wired wrong and the system wasn't receiving the proper power to operate. While they did come out the next day and correct it I'm still out another service call from the hvac folks.

Man was dressed professionally and acted so as well. In and out quickly and quite pleasant. Will use them again.

$273.00 to install an outlet is way to high! That was with a $50 coupon! Either that or Pay $39 for nothing.

They installed recess lighting that replaced an existing fixture after they removed the old fixture they left the hole in the ceiling where the other fixture was. For the price they charged they should have closed up the hole. The price they charged was about 3 times what I was expecting. However, I had them still do it because I could not get anyone else to.

Great customer service! Darrell is the electrician Mister Sparky sent out to evaluate our situation; he was very knowledgeable and very courteous. And although he was not able to do what we wanted because of available voltage, he suggested other less costly solutions. I will definitely use Mister Sparky again!

They arrived on time were very thorough and cleaned up when they were done. Very professional, a bit pricey , but I would recommend them.

Darrell the supervisor came to speak to me he said he had 30 yrs experience he said he would be there Wednesday between 8 & 8:30 a guy named Stephan showed up at 9:30 he said he would be back the next day at 10 at 12:30pm Darrell called & said it would be ay least 2:30 before Stephan would be here I told him up front I get up at 10pm because I work midnight to 8am Stephan was great but I am very disappointed with Darrell I will not recommend mister sparky to anyone

I had been without a decent light in my kitchen for about 8 years after the fluorescents went out. The electrician made a good suggestion and now I can actually see at night in my kitchen. Very professional, great service. It's a little pricey, but not unreasonable. But that's why I had to wait so long to get it repaired-a good electrician is going to cost a little bit, but everything was thoroughly explained up front. Will definitely be using again.
