Very Professional, text is sent ahead of time with picture of electrician. Explained everything he was going to do. Cleaned up after installation and reviewed everything that was done.

Scheduled twice, and rescheduled twice. This isn't a good omen for me!

I am very pleased with the work that was done by the Mister Sparky electricians. They were always here when they said they would be and would call and let me know when they were on their way. Explained everything they were doing and stayed on the job until they were finished. Very friendly and courteous. I have other electrical projects that I want done in the future and will be calling Mister Sparky to do those jobs.I highly recommend this company.

This is a franchised business — all services are from a “rate book” . I was pleased with the individual’s expertise and professionalism— however thought the price was extremely high for the work done.

Shea arrived on time and did a great job. Our house was built in 1955 and the electrical system had never been updated. Shea put in a new electrical panel with more power and I now feel safe!!!

I called and scheduled an appointment and had to give them a credit card ahead of time just to come out to give an estimate. I explained when I made the appointment it was extremely important they meet their deadline because I had equipment coming in that I needed to power run for. Two days before the appointment they confirmed, the day of the appointment, TEN minutes before their scheduled arrival, they called to cancel because they were running behind. I will never use this company again. Horrible customer service, and if I could write them a zero I would.
