Metro Security USA

I was a loyal customer of metro security for a little over 3 year. But over the past year they never received my payment. Well come to find out there accounting lady had been applying my payment to my mothers account and still charging her credit card all at the same time. So once I provided proof that I had indeed been making MY payment, they then tried to double bill me and my mother both for 2 months back payment, stating that they had already written most of it off. So in a failed attempt to correct this problem with Kevin, the owner. He tried to put there accounting error on me! Telling me is was my fault they had applied my payment to another account. Keep in mind that every bank check that was sent to them was in reference to my account! So after being told that, I notifies Kevin the owner of metro security that I was only going to pay for January the month I owed and I would cancel my service with the after. Kevin got vulgar with me on the phone saying " I will cancel you f%@king account " and hung up! Then later this evening when my wife come home, she opens the front door, the alarm instantly goes off!! None of the codes to shut the alarm off worked!! And the alarm used my home phone connection and called my cell phone repeatedly!! Until I got the wires cut on the alarm!!
