Excellent customer service. Paul and his crew showed up on time and had the driveway completely removed within 45 minutes, and this was on a hot humid day. Paul has a great crew and they do very good work. Drive was removed and poured in same day and they did not have to rush, they were very well organized and experienced at what they do. Drive looks wonderful, no more cracks or sunken parts.

I am "that" customer. I am particular, study out what I want done, and expect it to be done to my satisfaction. Kalan listened to what I had to say. He came out to my property 4 times to answer questions and help me put the details together. He quoted a 6" thick driveway with rebar every specified distance. I hired him to do the job. I watched every step of the process and checked the details. The night before the concrete was poured I went down the entire driveway and measured the depth of the forms to verify the 6" driveway I was promised. I did not find a single spot under 6" and in most cases it was closer to 8" of depth. I also checked the rebar spacing and it was all as promised. They poured the concrete and finished the job on time and on budget. It's been 18 months since we had the driveway built and I have no complaint. I will be using them again.

The process from start to finish was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. The team arrived on time to start the job and worked from early morning until dark to complete the driveway in one day. The team appeared to be very experienced and took pride in the work they were doing. The new driveway looks great and I no longer have to worry about standing water. It was a pleasure to work with Kalan and his team. I would recommend LCI to anyone needing a new driveway.

Kalan was prompt in responding to us and explained exactly how the job would be done. His crew was on time, went right to work in a very efficient manner and did a quality job. The crew solved a long-standing drainage problem we had and we love our new driveway and carport!

Kalan quoted the job and gave a good explanation of what they planned to do and the schedule. They worked around my travel schedule, showed up on time and finished on time. All the staff were courteous and professional. They finished my fairly large project in just 2 days, which is nice of course. I'm happy with the work! I gave a "B" for price because a couple competitors were a bit lower. I'm not at all sorry I paid a bit extra for the service I received.

LCI did a great job explaining what they were pricing and how the project would unfold. They worked around my changing work travel schedule to be sure I was home as the work was performed. The crew arrived and started working on schedule and worked continuously until late in the day. They were polite and professional when I talked to them but they didn't stop much unless I interrupted them.. Everything went exactly as planned and was completed in a remarkable 2 days! The driveway looks great and is exactly what I asked for.

Spoke with Kalan Paul of LCI Concrete. I ask for 2 estimates. One was replacing existing driveway. The other was to include the cost of expanding the driveway to the edge of the house, approx 2ft. I received the estimate the following day. I had estimates from 2 other contractors also. I had a question about the warranty on the driveway. I emailed LCI Concrete and another contractor. LCI Concrete was the only one to respond. I scheduled the work with Kalan. He called the day before they were supposed to start with concerns about the weather. He asked if it was okay to start the following day because it was going to rain. I was not present during the work. I am very pleased with the finished driveway. I would recommend LCI Concrete to anyone looking to replace their driveway.

I requested an estimate for several projects: driveway, steps, walkway, retaining wall and patio. Instead of telling me they would be happy to quote the driveway and "sorry, but we only do driveways" they rejected me completely. I consider this to be unbusiness-like behavior. The only reason I didn't give them an F is because they, at least, responded in a timely manner.

The crew arrived when promised. Everyone looked and acted professionally and was knowledgeable. I had questions which were answered in full. None of the sprinkler heads adjacent to the driveway were damaged. I was assured ahead of time that if any were damaged they would be replaced. As the job progressed mess was kept to a minimum. When the job was complete a good clean up was done. I was surprised to find that large landscape stones and grass clumps that had to be removed in order to install the wood concrete forms were put back during the cleanup. I had expected to do that myself and hadn't thought to ask about it. I believe the price for this job was competitive. My reason for giving that a "B" is because I used a credit card for payment and had to pay a 3% fee. I understand the reason for that but was disappointed none the less. I use a credit card to pay for jobs and this is the first time I have had to pay a fee. I would definitely recommend this company. They know how to put in a driveway!

Provider was very professional, kept me informed of every step, did what they promised when they had promised it.

I was only able to get 2 concrete contractors to come to the property and bid on this job. LCI's bid was a full $500 cheaper than the other guy. We had some rainy weather that delayed the job. I was notified promptly with both a phone call and an email. On the day the job began the 4-man crew arrived at the time I was told they'd arrive. Actually, they were just a few minutes early. The whole crew was efficient, professional and friendly. The ground was prepared for a noon delivery of the concrete. Even the delivery truck was punctual. By the day's end the concrete was done, the job site cleaned up and assurances given that they would be back on Saturday, tomorrow, to remove the forms and to cut in the relief joints. I'm pretty sure we won't need additional concrete services, but if I do I'll call LCI again.

Fantastic workmanship all around. I wanted to make some modifications to my sidewalk and front porch and Kalan Paul, the owner, helped me design exactly what I wanted. He also mentioned some things that I hadn't thought about. His crew showed up as scheduled, were polite, got right down to work and worked very hard. They removed the old concrete, installed the forms and poured the new concrete all in one day. They did a fabulous job and were very knowledgeable about the whole process. Kalan was on sight several times to see how it was going. The crew worked very well with my sprinkler system company to insure that there were no problems. I am a very satisfied customer. My lawn looked just as good when they finished as it did when they arrived. They did an excellent job cleaning up....they even cleaned the street in front of my house. Kalan has a #1 business and I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone that I know.....a 5 Star company.

The company performed the service on the date scheduled at the agreed to time for the agreed to price. When the project was completed they policed the area and removed all debris. They did an excellent job. Mr. Paul, the owner, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would contract with LCI again.

He had a cancellation so was able to come early than originally scheduled, which we appreciated. He and his crew were on time both days they were here. The crew was well trained and able to work without a lot of direction. They immediately started the job, removed the old drive, dug out for an extension we had added and cleaned up the old cement. The cement was laid and finished in a professional manner. They even went beyond what we had expected by finishing the end-caps of the culvert that we had put in. Everything was cleaned up when they finished, no cement or wood scraps left behind, and they had even saved pieces of sod so they were able to dress the edges of the drive when finished. All in all, a very good experience. We would use this group again if the occasion arose.

Contacted Kalan as well as others to quote for the pad. Kalan's review of our request was excellent. I enjoyed his candid thoughts and recommendations when we first met. A few months past and I recontacted him because I really liked his truthfullness and energy. All of our communications were exact and timely. Rain delayed the work a number of times but concrete work and the mud that rain generates do not combine well. Prompt professional contracting were realized. The pad was made to the exact quote.

LCI Concrete at the beginning was extremely kind, nice, and easy to work with. We were under impression that this job would be performed at an exceptionally professional level. We thought that the installation of the concrete and that the clean-up would be good. We were wrong. When they removed the form on the sidewalk, they broke off a two-inch chunk right where the sidewalk turns toward our front door. We asked them to fix this. They didn't tell us that this happened; our neighbor pointed it out to us. Eventually they came back over to fix it. They never told us when they were coming, and when they came over they only patched it. When I asked him to actually fix it, he said the concrete might be a different color. If that's the case then I want a whole new sidewalk without a poorly executed patch job. The repair compound they used was a dark gray color and was spread over a larger surface area than the actual broken off piece. I emailed the owner to give his company one last chance to correct this issue, otherwise I stated that I'd get the BBB and Angie's List involved. The owner replied back with an email stating that he was finished with us and was not going to replace our sidewalk. He also stated that if I chose to contact Angie's List or the BBB, that he would be forced to file a defamation suit against us in our attempt to cause harm to his business and ultimately his family. We have no intentions to cause harm to his business or his family - we only want what we paid for and that's a new driveway and sidewalk, not a sidewalk with a dark gray patch on it. Regarding the drive-way: they didn't alleviate the pressure on the driveway and it has since cracked along the pressure lines. There are also low spots in the concrete and water pools on the driveway.

Researched on Angie's List, BBB, and friends. Called LCI and others. LCI is the only business that has guoted and even come to the house for a viewing of the jobs. We walked around and discussed the requirements. He made some very good points and suggestions. We have not made a decision and looking for more quotes (hopefully) just to get a good ballpark figure for the finances. I would trust his company with the job if he gets chosen.

Several estimates before contacting LCI from their info on Angies List. Others were 700 to 1000 higher, so ultimately discussed the job with LCI and scheduled the work for the following Tuesday. Wow! They arrived promptly, discussed any concerns/questions/etc., before starting. Prompt, courteous, fast and busy!!! They had the old concrete out, forms in place, new concrete poured, all done in 1 day, as a side bonus- owner was concerned the new drive was in a kind of "high traffic" area, so stayed and waited after it was poured for my return!!! Who does that?! That was awesome! The expansion cuts were done the second day, Clean up was nice too. Couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended. Thank you, LCI/Kalan Paul.

They had to clear the path for the driveway itself and set forms and put in the concrete. LCI Concrete seem to have done a really good job. They were very fast and efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves which has not happened with some of the contractors we've used in the past. Also, their estimate was right on the nose; they estimated what it was going to be ahead of time and that is exactly what it was.
