Katie's Peachy Clean

My usual cleaning lady was unavailable for a couple of months. After having made appts with other cleaners and having them not show up, I found Katie’s Peachy Clean. I easily and quickly got a quote from Katie after submitting the request via her website. She promptly appeared when she said she was going to and immediately got to work. I like that she had all her own equipment and green products, so I didn’t have to worry about any of that. It was an initial clean. She was here working for 6.5 hours and did a fantastic job. Everything shone, including my wood floor, and my house smelled fresh, not like it was full of chemicals. It clearly spells out on her website what she does, and all that was completed in an efficient and effective manner. I was well pleased and can highly recommend her service.

What a wonderful experience! I've used other cleaning services and suffered destroyed miniblinds, shoddy work, and water left standing on hardwoods. Katie was very responsive, responding in just a few hours and working me into her schedule. The results were exceptional and the experience so positive. Communication was a breeze: clear with check-ins to be sure the details were correct. She remembered all the oddball things I requested and even identified a couple of other areas. She worked quietly and very efficiently, especially helpful as I work from home and had a conference call. You can't go wrong with Katie's Peachy Clean!

They never returned calls or emails to arrange service. After a few days I could not leave voice mail, it was full. Groupon contacted them and they still did not contact me.
