carpet installation
+ -1 morePicking out the carpet was fine. Getting them to come out and measure, then actually install the carpet was a nightmare. They put it off and put it off. The contractors who finally came out did an extremely shoddy job, and I have already had to have the carpet restretched in four rooms.
Description of Work: New carpet in all rooms and stairway.

+ 0 moreDid not stay but 15 min. since I had no idea what I was looking at without guidance.
Description of Work: Went in to look at tile. Never been in before. No one greeted me. There was a man in back corner sitting at desk. I finally had to say do you work here? He acted like I woke him up and didn't want to be bothered. He kept stretching and yawning. He had very few words to say. Just took me to a room where he had to turn the lights on and said, "here is tile along the wall". Everything I asked, I would get a one word answer. I finally left! I was disgusted as to how I was treated. Very rude. Guess they don't need the business.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD A GOOD CARPET SELECTION. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY SHORT TIME. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN 1100 SQ FT OF CARPET AND PADDING.
