The owner was very straightforward with pricing and suggestions. The work was done properly and on time.

The electrician showed up quickly and on time. Took him less than an hour to solve our problem.

The service man came out on time, that was great. But while asking me questions about my projects, he was pretty unprofessional and talking down to me. I don't know electric work, that's why he was hired to figure out the problem. He fixed what I asked him to, but, after he was paid and left, I went in my bathroom and I found he had spilled scentsy oil all over my expensive wood work and my blow dryer. Didn't bother to tell me or ask me to move it or my dtr. I almost asked him leave in the first 5 minutes. Should've went with my gut.

I will admit it was my fault for not asking the price of the part I needed. However, after receiving two quotes for $45 for the breaker and an $85 service call I assumed this was the standard. I hired Hot Shot Electrical because they met my time frame better but I did not ask his prices for the part. He showed up on time and did an adequate job after one mistake was corrected. When I didn't get an itemized invoice I called and asked for the details. I was told the $85 for the call but the part was $125!!! I did an extensive search and no where could I find a 100 amp breaker that cost this much. I again questioned the cost and was told the price depended on the quality. I won't use them again unfortunately just because of a part costing almost triple from this company as opposed to most others.

I would highly recommend them! They have done many different kind of electric services for us: outlets, switches, fans, even an underground electric line for a hot tub. The were honest, on time, and offered fair prices!

I think hes highly qualified and skilled. Gives estimates and tells me exactly what he will do and shows me everything. I cant say anything bad about this company.
