They called to ask if they could come early which I appreciated. Got right to work and fixed two showers, the problem was simple and only needed to adjust the water flow valve so hot and cold would mix correctly.

I called on a Sunday - just expecting to leave a message but got a real person. It was not an emergency so they told me they would call within the next week when they were in the area so that I could meet them at the house. This worked well for me. The young man that showed up was very professional and knew what he was doing. I showed him what needed to be fixed and he fixed it. He explained that it should take care of it but it eventually the seating may need to be replaced - that would be much more extensive of a repair.

They came out the same day. Very professional.

Service call as scheduled and all work done with excellence. We have depended on Terry & Kelly Troxell for all of our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs for many years. They are always professional & courteous, meticulous with all they do, including clean-up after the job has been done. On Super Bowl Sunday our Hot Water heater burst. I was going to use my regular plumber, but the last time I used them they had to come back. So I checked them out on Angies List and they got a B, I checked them out on BBB and they got an F. So I checked Angies list and saw your green seal on Freedom Plumbers. I called at 8:15 this morning and Terry answered the phone, made a recommendation and said he would be out to replace it this morning. At 9:15 he showed up at the house and they were done in an hour!. Not only did he replace the water heater but put a drip pan under it with a drain off so we wouldn't have water in the house again. It was very professional and he went the extra mile. We are super happy. I noticed he does Trane Heat and Air so we will be calling him for our next service. Nice Job!!!

It was Friday afternoon and the AC went out. Terry arrived by 5:00 PM and had my AC back and running in about an hour.

They have always done a great job. Terry Troxell just left my house and he is going to do some plumbing work. They haven't done it yet. We are remodeling a bathroom. He is actually the plumber that the contractor chose even before we knew he was going to come. We had not used him for plumbing before. Freedom does plumbing and heating and air. Terry was here to see if our existing faucets could be changed out without getting into the wall. He is a sub for the builder who is doing the bathroom so he will be paid by the builder. It just so happened that we have used Terry and I already knew him since he has done our heat and air. There is a fee but I didn't pay it today because I won't pay him directly for this. He will be coming back because it is work in progress. We have been using Freedom probably for 3 years. We keep hiring them back because we felt that they were trustworthy and they do good work. We used them 3 or 4 years ago and tried somebody else that my husband had heard was real good. That was a disaster so we went back to what was working. Terry and his son Kelly have both come out over the years. We always felt comfortable with their knowledge of the units that they are working on and the materials. They have always been polite. They have usually gotten out pretty quickly. There just doesn't seem to be anything shady about them. When you interact with somebody quite a bit, you start to feel either comfortable or uncomfortable, especially since we had a bad experience with somebody else. We just thought we would stick with the people that we trust. I just don't really know what the going rates or how other people charge.

Came when they said they would, were professional and efficient.

Two plumbers worked very proficiently and professionally.

Saved us money by repairing the one spigot instead of replacing. Honest and did a good job.

They did an excellent job. Could have cost us a lot more if they didn't know what they were doing on the leak.

They are very professional, prompt and polite. They came and removed our old furnace and installed a new one. They were good about cleaning up when they were done and they took the old unit.

They do great work. They came to repair the pipe and replaced a couple of pipes. They always clean up when they are finished. They are always prompt and very professional.

The plumber arrived on time and brought everything he could possibly need with him in his truck, so he was able to do the repair on the spot. We have had no further problems with leaky faucets since his visit and I recommend them.
