Everything was moved without damage and in about an hour and a half. "perfect" This was a great value!

It went well. The crew was very hardworking. They didn't waste any time. But they were careful and thorough. They know how to move big, bulky furniture - getting it out of the old house and into the new one was a challenge! They showed up on time and worked until they were finished. I found their price to be quite reasonable. I don't have anything but praise for them!

I had a little trouble contacting First Move at first. I got no response to two requests for an estimate online. After a phone call, I was told someone would call me back to come give me a estimate but that person never called. I had to call a second time to get estimate and book a date. However, after that, David, Nate and Abe with First Move were incredibly professional. They arrived on time and went right to work, always informing me when they were taking breaks which were very few. My furniture was carefully wrapped and padded. When they unloaded at the new house, they were very careful and placed everything where I wanted it and offered to move things around if I wasn't sure where I wanted it. They worked a very long, hard day, and I was very appreciative. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone. I would advise to call directly though, and not to use their online esitmate request form.

They exceeded our expectations and that's why we keep calling them again. They are also flexible and try their best to work with our crazy schedule! I love that they lend us unlimited boxes and blankets. We are Realtors and I will have no problem recommending them to our clients for local moves.

The guys were great. They arrived early for a walk through to see what they were loading on the truck. They were very respectful of mother's furniture and had padding for doorways. Good communication throughout the process.

Best moving experience I have ever had. I just had new hardwood floors installed and was concerned because of bad past experiences. They were very careful and put protection over all the hallways. They probably are not the cheapest because they really take time to be careful and not break anything. I have moved several times in my adult life and have learned cheap and quick results in breaks and scratched floors.

Everything went well and I would use them again.

The scheduling was flexible in that they told us we could use the workers however long we wanted - only paying the additional hourly rate. The two workers showed up on time at our apartment that was on the 3rd floor. They came in and assessed the items to be moved, offered some suggestions on consolidating some packaging of items still not boxed, gave us some wardrobe boxes (at no charge) to use and went to work. They worked very hard and fast. They pointed out a couple of loose legged furniture items as they were picking them up. Since they worked so efficiently, once they completed unloading the apartment at the new house, we had them go to our mini-storage to load more items and take them to the house. It was a great experience and well worth the money.

This company was very accommodating and even gave us boxes to pack with. Miranda is who we spoke with when we set the date and gave her our moving needs, she was very nice and helpful. They wrapped the furniture, covered doors ( so not to damage anything as they moved things out). Abe and Mario were the men that did a wonderfully professional job. They were very eager to please us. Two very courteous young men, Marcus and Mario, arrived on time (actually early but they called first to make sure we were ready) with a LARGE truck. We had most items boxed up ready to go but they had to wrap up the large items and break down the bed. The dresser was very heavy and they wrapped it up and carried it to the truck without a problem. They loaded all the items in about an hour and we were on our way. The apartment complex was on the other side of town, about 9 miles. Then the real work began, taking all that stuff up 2 flights of narrow stairs in 90 degree heat. They put all the furniture and boxes where we wanted them and setup the bed. They were awesome. We could never have done it ourselves. The price per hour was fair and they were very efficient. The move took about 4 hours and went very smoothly. I will definitely be using them again for our next move and recommend them highly.

We bought a deal this company was advertising, and called to reserve a day/time. They wouldn't confirm the time, saying it would either be in the morning or afternoon. (??) That should have been our clue as to what we were getting ourselves into...As so often happens, our closing was delayed by a day. We promptly called to tell them what was going on and ask if they could come in the afternoon--and were told that they had booked us for the morning (since when?), were completely booked up and would have to reschedule for almost a week later. At that point, we had no choice but to move ourselves. It took us 7 trips back and forth, to get all of our belongings. We didn't finish until 1:30am!!! It was, hands down, the worst moving experience of our life. Buyers Beware!! This company advertises a great sounding deal, but they absolutely will not honor it. I would not recommend these unreliable incompetent people to anyone. Ever!

I was at first a little skeptical based on the location of the business and the fact that after booking I stopped by several times to get boxes. However, once I got the free boxes (which was a huge cost savings for me!), everything went smoothly. The day of the move, two workers showed up promptly at 8:30 and worked non-stop until noon. All my furniture was wrapped in protective plastic so as not to be damaged, and even the door frames were covered! They were very professional and did an amazing job! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making this move a little easier!!

They were THREE hours late. It was an older guy (Kevin) and a younger guy (Cliff). Cliff was the only one who really did any work. Kevin even tried to stop in between places and go get something to drink, so I wound up driving to 7-11 to get him some water. The original deal was for 2 hours, but I still had to pay for the extra hour. NOT happy with this company. I like Cliff, he was awesome, but the company overall... I'm not impressed.

BAD. No money was refunded so I am out $150.00 with no service and Angie's List did not respond when I emailed them that I had not been contacted. Won't use Anglie's List again. Big rip off.

Very careful with furniture and entry doors. Very impressed with their work.

It was alright. The guys were good. I thought they were very professional and careful that they did not damage any of my furniture. Even the those that are coming out the house and goes to the truck, they made sure that they protected everything. It just took longer that I thought.

This was the best moving experience we've ever had. The guys called about a half hour before coming to the house, and when they arrived, we took them on a walk-through to show them what we wanted. From there they set to work, requiring almost no supervision or direction. They protected both the items to be moved as well as the door frames, banister, and floors. They were always very courteous and polite when asking questions, and there was absolutely no damage to anything we had moved. As a big bonus, they offered us free moving boxes to use and then return to them, saving us a lot of money and hassle. We can't recommend these guys enough!

The movers arrived on time and quickly and efficiently moved the office belongings.

Not only were they on time, they were actually early! The guys were easy to work with and did a great job. Nothing broken, very courteous, an easy move.

We have used this company 3 or 4 times, both to move and to move furniture up and down steps in our home. The first time we used them, we moved from one house to the other. The second time we used them, we had a load coming from out of state directly to them and they brought it to the house. we have called them two other times to place heavy furniture in a different level of the house. The last time they appreciated our business so much that they said it was no charge. Now who does THAT these days. We will be contacting them once again, when we move our final load from out of state. This company is TOPS in my book.

Team of 3 movers and a large truck arrived almost precisely on the stroke of 8am, our agreed upon time. They introduced themselves and took a quick survey of what was to be moved to our new location. One of the couches to be moved would only fit through the doorway if the couch legs were removed. They worked diligently for 40 minutes removing the couch legs without the use of the appropriate tools. We had purchased a new bed, and they were agreeable to stopping by the bed store and picking the bed up on our way to the new home. They had everything moved into the new home and put in place within the 2 hour limit of our agreement. I was impressed with their professionalism, and found them very helpful.

Mike and Abe did a great job. Fast and so professional.
