The two men from First Choice Relocation were courteous, friendly and hard-working. They were on time and organized my ENTIRE garage in one hour! They even swept the garage floor before they left. They were absolutely wonderful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will also hire them for my next home move. A++ work.

It was very efficient, and there never was any lost time, loading, travel and unloading. I got Abraham and Kelly both times and they were both fantastic. Good attitudes, friendly, and strong.

Everything went as planned. They returned phone calls promptly, scheduled when my son wanted, they arrived at the agreed upon time, and worked hard. The move went over the Angie's List Deal time and my son paid a reasonable rate for the extra time, which the company had advised of that possibility when scheduling.

Researched movers on this website and decided to go with First Choice Relocation based upon the large number of reviews and good rating. I was glad I did. The movers were supposed to come in the afternoon but had a cancellation and called to see if I was available that morning, which I was. They showed up and immediately began to load up all the heavy household items I didn't want to mess with. They wrapped everything in a blanket and tied it down tight in the back of their moving truck. They had a lot of extra room so I had them load up a bunch of irregular items, like kids outdoor toys and also just some boxed up items we were moving on our own. They loaded up way more than I thought they would. It was a cool day but they were sweating because they were moving so fast. Got to my new house, they asked up front where the different large items should be placed and made sure they were there. No bumps on any furniture or doorways, everything was wrapped nicely and moved quickly. Again, I was very impressed by how fast they were moving, they get paid by the hour so you might think they would be slow to earn more money, but they were moving very fast. Very good experience with this company and I would definitely recommend.

We purchased one hour of moving time under First Choice Relocation's holiday offer with an Angie's List coupon. We were contacted within a day of buying the coupon and set up with a day and time for the actual work within two days. We were very pleased they were able to do the work within a week of the initial contact. At exactly the scheduled time, two friendly and capable-looking young men showed up and asked to look at the work to be done. They then proceeded to move the items we had tagged down two flights of stairs to the locations we requested quickly and without any difficulty, damage, or mistakes. They also said if the work ran over the allotted time we could purchase more at $49 per 1/2 hour on the spot, but as it turned out we didn't need to. All in all, they were as efficient, prompt and pleasant as could possibly be expected. One thing worth mentioning is that they apparently charge for their travel time to and from the work site because they were here for just over 30 minutes, but when looking at the invoice/receipt they left I noticed it showed one full hour of clock time, from 15 minutes before they arrived to 15 minutes after they left. This was something we didn't anticipate and could have been a problem if we had more work than we actually did.

The only thing that they did that was not top rated was marking of the boxes which they were supposed to mark by room and location partially because a couple of the packers didn't know what like a breakfast room was and they called it a dinning room. I had some things marked office that was all at the breakfast room then I had another office thing at the garage. So the markings on the boxes wind up being pretty bad. There are things here that I badly need that I'm still looking for. Everything else they did was fine, it was just the marking of the boxes wound up being for one packer it was great and for the other two packers it wasn't very helpful. One of them was a young kid and he didn't realize that we had a former living and dinning room in the old house that had been combined into one room because the wall had been taken out and I was yet to find anything for that area even though there was loads of things. Probably even more confusing is that I had already moved out, so the clue that might have thrown them off a little bit and there areas I have no idea how to handle boxes they packed. I still have about three size able dumps of boxes and some of them I can't even read the label until I get the room to pull further apart or unpack more of them. So many of them have been misleading and then there were like two waste bedrooms in there because those got marked as the same.

The men were scheduled to arrive at my apartment at 8:30 AM. I was the first move of the day. They called me at 8:13 to confirm my address and let me know they were on their way. The "clock" started when they left their office and "stopped" when they returned to their office. When they did not arrive by 9 AM, I called them. My apartments are hard to find and I was paying them for their travel time. I didn't want them to spend a lot of time riding around not asking for directions. They were at the wrong complex and I gave them directions. They should have called me sooner! It should have taken 20 min to get from the office to my apartment. Two young men in a large truck arrived to move the contents of my apartment. They were very professional, polite, and courteous. I had everything boxed and packed. The only thing remaining as my closet contents, and they brought wardrobe boxes with them for me to use for free. They brought 5 boxes because that is what I requested and that is how many I needed. While I filled the boxes, they started loading the truck. My apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a very difficult, narrow staircase. I didn't expect the move to be easy, but I didn't expect it to take as long as it did. It took them 3 hours to load my one bedroom apartment. On the way to the house, they stopped for lunch and told me they would deduct the time from my bill. When they did not arrive at the house in an expedient time (given time for a quick bite -- they said they were going to grab a hot dog at Quik Trip), I called them again. They were just coming down my street. They unloaded the truck and hooked up my washer. They did not hook up the dryer because I had the wrong kind of plug (the house had a 4-prong outlet and my dryer had a 3-prong plug). They did not hook up the dryer vent tube, which would have been a nice touch. They did not hook up my washer properly. It was leaking and when I mentioned it before they left, I can't remember what their explanation was. My boyfriend tightened the connection when he got home and it was fine. My furniture seemed a little more banged up than when I have used previous movers. The movers that moved the same furniture into my apartment only took 3 hours total. That's 3 hours to load my contents, drive, and unload at new apartment. These gentlemen took 6 hours -- that's right, 6 -- to move my one bedroom apartment to my house. So even with the Angie's List discount, I ended up paying what I would have paid a more experienced moving company. And the more experienced company would have taken less time. In short, here was my experience: 1. All my stuff got moved safely and reasonably intact (some scrapes on the feet of the sofa, my dining room table is a little more wobbly, etc but nothing major) 2. The moving men were honest and polite 3. The moving men seemed a little inexperienced and took a very long time to move me 4. The moving men did not know how to hook up my washer. 5. The moving men took too much time wandering around town at my expense. Maybe the clock should have started when they got to my apartment.

I needed to move a bedroom set and recliner to a memory care facility. I checked Angie's list and selected several movers to call based on reviews. First Choice Relocation was not my first call but they were my last call. They worked with me to meet my scheduling needs and were very competitive in price. The day of the move, First Choice Relocation arrived a few minutes early. The two men put up bumper guards around the door jam to prevent dings and worked quickly and efficiently. The furniture which has seen better days was handled as if it were a family heirloom. The unloading was performed with the same care and efficiency. I will use them for my next moving needs and would recommend anyone in their area of service give them a call.

I used First Choice to move several boxes and other items from a storage unit to the garage of our new house. They were very quick to respond back and give an estimate from when we first email them. They moved everything including a heavy piano (you need to hire a third person for that) and were very efficient and professional. You pay by the hour and this time starts when they leave their store and stops when they get back which made the cost a little higher than what I was estimating. But I still think they were very competitive on price and I plan on using again.

I was expecting them at 0800, and called at 0815 asking where they were. I was told by the lady in the office they don't leave until 0830. It's very possible she could've told me that when I first booked it, so I can't fault them for not showing up on time. They were about fifteen minutes later than we were on one trip (had to make two trips), not sure why. They had been right behind me and then they weren't. Overall, pretty good. They took good care of almost everything. They did break one leg off a couch, but it's not that big a deal to replace it. I do wish they'd told me they broke it, though. I'd recommend them, but I probably won't use them again since I won't be moving in this area. Was a big case of sticker shock when he told me how much I still owed after the $150 special.

Fantastic movers. We tried 2 other moving services this year and First Choice was definitely the best. Mike and Ed were very friendly and hard-working. They were on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needed movers.

Called ahead and showed up on time. Assessed the situation, what needed to be packed up prior to loading onto truck and what was ready to go 'as is', accommodated our needing a few items moved from one house to another and then all items to storage unit. Gentlemen were very polite and, when we had to add a couple of items to our move list, added these items willingly. If they had questions, they were not hesitant to ask, which we greatly appreciated.

Things went pretty smoothly. Charges were reasonible and they did everything I asked of them.

Movers were courteous, hard working and took care not to damage home or belongings. I would use them again.

I first used First Choice a couple of years ago, to move the contents of a storage unit. They did a great job, so when I needed to move my home and my office I hired them again. The movers are courteous, professional, punctual and really know what they're doing. In packing, they were very careful to protect all my belongings. When they unpacked, they carefully placed everything according to my instructions. They work quickly and efficiently, but still take great care. Because I'm downsizing, I've had to do my move in stages. They loaded things into the garage and then came back to unpack. It's amazing, but they actually remembered what was in the boxes. That made unpacking go much smoother. I had them pack and unpack a large china cupboard. Two very small items got lost. They both had great sentimental meaning to me. The crew went through all the packing paper and boxes in my garage, looking for the items. They didn't find them. A few days later I got a call. The crew went through all the boxes and papers again at their garage, on their own time, and found both items! This is the kind of service they provide. I've used them five or six times now, and every time I've received the same level of courteous, outstanding service. And their prices are reasonable. If you're planning a move, I highly recommend First Choice Relocation!

Another seamless move with First Choice Relocation. We used them two years ago to unload our moving truck and move everything into our daughter's third floor apartment (with no elevator available). Based on that experience, we were happy to use them again! Scheduling the move was super easy! Miranda, who scheduled our move, was extremely professional and helpful, and even suggested that their coupon on Angie's list might be less expensive for our move than what we had planned. Our move was scheduled for Monday morning, and she called us on Sunday afternoon to confirm the time of the movers' arrival. On Monday morning, James and Cedric showed up at the appointed time and went straight to work. We had a 10' truck, and they did an excellent job of utilizing the space! They wrapped the dressers and bookshelves in plastic to protect them, and they disassembled the kitchen table and desk to better fit everything in the truck. They worked extremely fast and were finished loading everything within two hours! I appreciated the care they took with our belongings and how professional they were! I would recommend First Choice Relocation for any of your moving needs!

I arrived in Colorado to an unlivable rental house and had to have my belongings emergently diverted to a storage facility in a completely different city. First Choice was very understanding and professional throughout the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I will definitely use First Choice Relocation again. They were very professional, treated my property with care, worked quickly, and did a great job. We moved everything from a large house in Tulsa to a house in Jenks in 1 day. To make sure we could get everything moved in a day we did all of the packing in the days leading up to the move. They arrived on time with 2 large trucks and 4 guys. The trucks were packed in time for a late lunch on the way to the other house and then unpacked completely by early evening. The guys were very careful and there was no damage to either house or the things they moved. The price was reasonable. I'm sure there are less expensive options but it is not worth the risk of dealing with damage and frustration.
