Tim and the other movers were great at first. They were very friendly and courteous and showed up on time and packed the truck pretty well for the most part. I bought the Angieslist deal for them and it did save me some money, so I was happy about that. They were very responsive at first, and Gary the owner kept in touch with me and even squeezed me in their schedule so that they could help us as well, which I thought was very courteous of him. The movers called me the day before to confirm and even called me the day of to let me know that they were on their way. They arrived and did pretty well for the most part. One of the movers was constantly doing something on his cell phone, which was ANNOYING, since I was paying them by the hour to be there. I later learned that the truck wasn't packed correctly (from the movers in St. Louis whom I have used before and trust) and so it took them even LONGER to unload the truck because of this. One of our bookshelves (which is a cheap fiber board one) didn't make it through the move, so I thought that maybe that could have been packed a little better. Also, my child's crib got banged up a little bit. These were all just small details that didn't really bother me too much, until the morning after the movers were there, when we were supposed to leave for St. Louis from Oklahoma City. We noticed that there was a small hole punched out from the trim that hangs over the top of our garage, which we didn't notice the day before, because it got dark early. While our house is old and the wood is water damaged, I feel that this could have been prevented if they had just been paying attention a little more. I called Gary immediately that day and talked with him about it. He said that he was going to speak with the movers about it first and get back to me later that day or the next morning. I don't think I really got any answers until maybe a week or so later. The movers didn't remember doing the damage, (which didn't surprise me, since I could probably poke a piece of our wood trim out with one finger), and Gary said he wanted to go look at the damage and maybe get his repair guy to fix it for us. About a week and a half later I finally got some answers on this, so by this point I was really frustrated because we are trying to sell our house and get it on the market. Gary would say that he would call on a certain day or time and then not call me with any answers...and look Gary, I understand if you are busy, or if some emergency happens...but be professional and call when you say you will to at LEAST give me an update when you know that I am getting frustrated everyday that I don't get an answer. He finally told me that his repair guy was really busy and didn't want to mess with it and that he was going to send me $100 check to cover the damage. He emailed me photos of the damage that night and mailed the check the next morning, which I was very happy about. Overall, I was happy with the end result, but man...took FOREVER to get to that point. You would appear a lot more professional to your customers if you would just follow up when you say you will.

Both workers were very professional, friendly, and hard working. We underestimated the time that it would take to move, but they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

I took advantage of an Angie's List special that offered a moving truck...2 men..for 2 hours for $89.00. I was needing them within days of when the offer first appears so the timing could not have been more perfect. The owner, Gary, was very helpful when I called to set up the appointment and stayed in contact with me as the move got closer....something that I REALLY appreciated! The 2 men that were sent to load my big furniture were on time, very polite, organized and didn't waste time at all. Granted, my move was not a LARGE one...but nonetheless, they treated my belongings as well as if I were handling them myself. I cannot applaud them enough. I would definitely use this company in the future and will recommend them to friends and family if the need arises for them. Great Job, First Choice Relocation....GREAT JOB!!

Very good experience from scheduling the appt. thru the move. Would be happy to use them again if needed.

Guys were great!!!! Very polite and took great care of our furniture. Will use again and again and again. Provided boxes and was cheaper than estimate!!!!
