First Choice Relocation

All went smoothly. They were very polite and helpful , especially when I asked them to rearrange a few pieces. I would highly recommend them and use them again myself.

I've been waiting almost 3 days to hear back from this company. Every time I have called them it ring for about a minute then beeps. I have request a call back through their website. Still, nothing. Good luck getting them to help you.

Two man crew showed up a little after 9am. I showed them what was to be moved, and they went to work without a complaint. Wished them good luck, because I knew there was a lot to move. Took a little longer to load due to being upstairs apartment and a lot of boxes. When we got to the house, the unloading was a breeze. During the unloading, the furniture and boxes was placed were we wanted. Whole process was over 4 hours, but that was expected. If I need to move again, I would be looking for this company to help me again.

Josh & Kenny were awesome. They showed up ready to go, even though it was a long hot day. They worked quickly but took time to be careful with my custom cherry furniture. It was easy to trust them.

I have moved my fair share of times over the past years and I will say this was by far tne most pleasant, professional one of all. I closed on my house on a late Friday afternoon and h ad to be out of my current house ASAP. After calling a few other companies that quoted me no less than $486.00, I looked on Angies List and saw an excellent deal with Firstchoice and called and they scheduled me the very next day. The movers were polite, decent gentleman and very hard worker. After the move was complete I contacted Gary the owner and told him about a couple of things that had happened that one would expect during a move. he contacted me immediately, and came to my house and very next day and was quick too take care of the problem.I've had worse things happen during my past moves and have never dealt with more professional polite people so willing to take responsibility and be more than happy to work on taking care of the issue. I highly recommend them to anyone with their move. I don't plan on moving again but with use them again in a heartbeat.

I called about a month prior to schedule the loading and was quoted an arrival of 8-8:30am. They called before they left the office to ask if I needed them to bring any particular supplies. They arrived on time and got right to work. There were two men, both very nice and hard working. They were very careful but got the job done in 3 hours. We had enough stuff to completely fill one 16 ft. POD to the max and another was nearly full. I am very pleased and will be calling them to unload at our new house in a few months!

The move went well. The guys seemed pretty conscientious about their work.

They did a good job. The closing on a home lasted longer than we thought and they just waited there patiently. They picked everything up and didn't damage anything. They put everything where we asked them to. The price ended up being a little bit more than the deal because the closing lasted forever. The movers were very nice and they did everything that we asked them to do.

My overall experience, should I need to move a whole house or buy something from local retailer, I would hire First Choice Relo again in a heartbeat.

The movers arrived on time and provided excellent service. They were very professional and wrapped and packed everything safely. Did a fantastic job.

Driver was supposed to be here around 2 but called and was running behind. He called again at 3:30 to let me know they were still behind. It was pouring rain that day so i understood they were having to wrap things. Called me and told me they were on their way and move went very well. They laid down coverings for my wood floor and moved everything I needed in less time than anticipated.

We needed to clear space in our garage to have work areas available. We decided to pack boxes up and have them stored in my mother's garage. We called First Choice Relocation to make arrangements. They are easy to work with, they work fast, and are courteous and friendly. We highly recommended them!!!

They didn't even offer any referrals they just said sorry we are booked call for a refund

It was a great deal. Once we got all the details worked out, the two guys and a truck did a great job. They got everything picked up, they were professional, and they wrapped everything. They moved it where I wanted it. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They moved some outdoor furniture, a big picture, a big mirror. They wrapped it and delivered it where I wanted it. They delivered to two locations too.

I had bought a special deal from them which was two men for two hours for $100. They were professional, they let me know when they were coming, and they got here when they said they were going to be here. They did a good job.

The movers called and arrived on time and immediately looked over the move and how they would best pack everything. They both worked together well and diligently as they maneuvered the stairs and bends coming from upstairs. Great care was used to cover furniture and protect the walls as they moved. It began to rain slightly while moving in and great care was taken to protect the carpet.

Overall it went BETTER, BETTER, BETTER than I expected. They also got me moved before the three hours were up. That's all I've got to say. Just try them. They are EXCELLENT!!

I found these movers on a Angie's List special promo, so the $89.00 for two hours was a really great deal. First Choice Relocation are the BEST movers I've ever used. And I have moved several times! The two men that came to move my things were very professional, courteous, followed my instructions (put these items in this part of storage unit, etc.), treated my items carefully (no throwing, dropping, shoving), they didn't complain (even when it started sprinkling), weren't in a rush to get to next job, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. It all made for a very pleasant, uneventful move. I will use them next time. THEY are the amazing movers! My only complaint (and the reason I gave responsiveness & punctuality a B, was on the dispatch side of things. It took a couple of calls to get a return call back from the dispatcher to schedule the move. And on the day of the move, he wanted to change the move from that afternoon to that morning which didn't work for me since I had already scheduled everything else according to the schedule he gave me when I booked the move. Thankfully, they could do the move in the afternoon (later than scheduled), but we did have to finish in the dark because of the change in the schedule.

It was great, it was one of the "Big Deals". I needed it "right now!" and the manager guy called right away, worked me in for the weekend and they got the job done. They were a little late, (the had to stop and get gas) but I assumed that was because he worked me in and sort of threw another job at the late on a weekend night. The carried all the furniture, did all the work, got everything moved and saved my life!

It went extremely well. The men were courteous, professional and worked very fast. I could not have asked for a better experience. They arrived on time, helped me to put the contents of my storage unit into three categories, and then delivered and unloaded the three loads as I had requested. Because I wanted some of the things taken to a dump, I paid extra for that service. I was expecting an extra charge, so there was no surprise. I know it costs money to drop large items at a dump. I will definitely call them again when I need movers.E

I got a desk into a room that the movers couldn't get out. I gave the guys permissions to do minor damage to the desk to get it out of the room. They did with my understanding that the desk would be put back together. It wasn't so I need to hire someone to fix the desk. So I have a pile of pieces and missing screws. Also I had to pay an extra hour of travel time since the truck was too small and the movers had to do two trips.

The movers didn't give us a specific time, they just said they would come in the afternoon when they got done with another job. They stayed in touch and came a little while after they estimated. When they arrived, they were very professional, prepared, friendly and efficient. They did a very good job and I would recommend them.

Great service. They showed up on time. Both men were very friendly, hard working and professional. They moved quickly but took great care with the furniture and my daughters' possessions. They got the job done within the two hours that we paid for. We were so impressed and pleased. It all went so smoothly. I will always use this company in the future and I will recommend it to all my friends.

I needed to change the scheduled move date and they did so cheerfully. Called us the day before to confirm. I will tell family and friends that this is the service to use for any moving needs.

They arrived pretty close to the time they said they would and did a nice job of wrapping and moving her stuff. It took quite a bit longer than the estimate they gave us, though, so it cost us more than we expected since they charge by the hour. We also found out when we got the bill that the time starts when they leave their warehouse and ends when they get back to their warehouse. That added about 40 minutes to the total. They also took about a 30 minute break in the middle of the move but didn't deduct that time from our bill. To be fair, when we called their office and complained, they did refund some of the money for that time. Overall we were satisfied with the move in the end. The guys were pleasant and careful with her belongings and we got her moved, so that was good.
