The First Choice guys were great. They phoned ahead at both locations with their ETA's. They were punctual, plus very courteous and professional. Door frame pads were used to protects our houses and our furniture. They worked very quickly, wrapped all fragile furniture in blankets and moved everything to the rooms we asked. They went out of their way to keep everything clean - including our mattresses. Plus, they re-installed the washer/dryer in our new home. We were charged for an additional half hour but we'd expected the work to take even longer. We love this Deal! And First Choice!

These movers were excellent. They were very efficient and timely. They also provided free moving boxes including wardrobe boxes. I would highly recommend this company. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

They did a fantastic job and I have recommended them to others. My son had also used their services to move from an 3rd floor apartment to a house and he also found their service to be great. I found their prices to be very reasonable. Everyone from the gal who scheduled the move to the actual movers were really professional and they took the stress out of the move for us.

The two men arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised They were professional, polite, and worked extremely hard in typical hot August Oklahoma weather. We'd gotten the Angie's List deal for the first two hours, but had warned the office it would probably be more like 4-6 hours. The pod was packed efficiently and well so that our things wouldn't shift. They politely waited as we made last minute decisions as to what would go where. After the moving van was packed, they had to wait for our apartment to be ready, so used that time for a lunch break but did not charge us for that time. After the van was unloaded at the apartment, it was back to the house to get the things for the storage unit. We have a lot more stuff than we thought. Total time they worked ended up being 7 hours, not including the hour long wait for the apartment. They were great!

They were alright. They sent out two guys. There was one issue, they put a heavy oak roll top on top of two particle board desk. I ultimately moved it because I thought that it was a 10-hour trip and they're going to be bouncing around and that would have just destroyed it. The particle board desk were not expensive but I didn't want to have to replace them either. I would think anyone with half a brain would have known that that was not good. Also, I asked them for a written receipt for the Angie's List purchase and they told me that the couldn't give me a receipt because that was from Angie's List. When you pay people by the hour, there's not an incentive to work and they didn't seem to be in a hurry. They took a break, I think an hour and a half after they were there. The only thing was that the Angie's List coupon should have given me 20% off of supplies like the tape and the wrapping things but that was easy to forget and it wasn't that much.

Overall, it went well. Miranda, the one who answered my initial and follow-up call, was very friendly and patient, and was the main reason (along with the good reviews at Angie's List) I felt comfortable choosing this company. They seem to put a priority on treating Angie's List customers well. If you'll be using this company, I do recommend you mention you found them at Angie's List. The move itself went well. It was a hot day, but the work was done fairly efficiently. Overall, I was pleased--and I would use them again.

All went as expected. Movers were experienced and did a good job.

We purchased an Angies list deal for two hours of moving services for $109. The movers (Adam and Kenny) called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. They placed protective covers on the door frames and emptied out three large rooms that had lots of boxes and other items. After loading everything on the truck they followed me to our storage unit to deliver everything. They placed all the items in neatly organized rows and made sure I was happy with everything. They were very professional in demeanor and appearance. I would definitely use First Choice again!

Earl & Mike were excellent! They were courteous and very helpful. No scratches, dents or dirty carpet/floors. They will be the FIRST call if service is needed again. No tacky "add on" sales pitch upon arrival. Great work!

They were very professional and careful with my belongings. Nothing was damaged and they checked to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. The only downside was that they way under-estimated the time it would take to move. They even came out to see the house and the amount that would be moved before giving me an estimate. The Angies List coupon I used made the cost still very reasonable since it was an hourly rate.

We needed someone to unload our U-Haul truck when we moved our daughter back to college. I saw the great reviews for First Choice Relocation and they were offering an Angie's List special buy that included 2 movers for 2 hours for $119.00. I called the company before I purchased the package to make sure they were available on the date we needed to move in. I spoke with Miranda, who answered all my questions and scheduled our specific date and time. On the day before the move, Miranda called to confirm our arrangements. On the morning of the move, the moving guys called to make sure of the time to meet us at the apartment. Mike and Adam arrived right on time and got to work immediately. We had already unloaded some smaller things from our cars because I wasn't sure how long it would take to unload the truck. I shouldn't have worried! Mike and Adam unloaded everything and moved it up to the 3rd floor apartment in less than an hour! They put everything where my daughter wanted it (no dings or scratches) and were extremely professional and polite. When they were finished they let me know that everything had been paid through Angie's List, so all I had to do was sign the paperwork. I will definitely use them again when she has to move home. Even without the Angie's List coupon, their rates are competitive with other movers in the area. Make sure to ask for Mike and Adam, they were terrific!

Door frames were padded, a floor protector placed in the main walkway, and off to work they went......stopping only for a minimal 15 minute break after most of the truck was loaded. They listened attentively and followed instructions on certain items! Very reasonable cost when this kind of care is taken- would recommend them for moving, takes some of the stress totally out of the experience-

I bought the 2-hour Angies List Big Deal. The truck and crew arrived almost two hours later than scheduled. The two movers were very courteous and professional. They really knew how to preempt any damage to our furniture. They disassembled our china display and beds, and wrapped everything quite well. I thought the whole job would take about 3 to 4 hours and they didn't persuade me otherwise. The final bill was for 10 hours! Unfortunately the quality of the work declined in the final hours. Two days later a large and expensive glass plate fell out of the china display onto our new wood floor. The retaining screws, I found, had not been tightened. Fortunately, the glass didn't break! But it gouged the floor badly. In addition, my older son complained that his bunk bed felt shaky. I found that the workers did not reassemble the bed correctly; they didn't tighten MANY of the screws at all. This could have been dangerous, especially for my younger son who sleeps in the bottom bunk. My final grade is a C. I paid a lot more for the service than First Choice led me to believe and, more importantly, workers' made some mistakes toward the end of the job that could have ended badly. I cannot recommend Frist Choice.

They were punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. When I move in the future, they will be the ones I call. Great people!

From the very start, the whole experience was fantastic. I never thought I would ever say that about moving household goods, but these guys were awesome. First, they showed up 10 minutes early and hit the ground running. Although they were very fast, they took the time to ask our input all along the way. They had energy and a wonderful demeanor the whole time they were working. My wife had them move some pieces a couple of times, and they never once lost their smiles. The 3 man crew of Mike, Adam and Noah did an excellent job and I would highly recommend that team for your next move. Although, I would suspect that this company has other crews that would do an excellent job. I forgot to mention that these guys not once scratched, bumped or dented any walls or furniture. Back in late 2012, I thought I'd be needing to move several pieces of furniture from OKC to Norman, so I bought the Big Deal coupon from this company for 2 men and a truck for 2 hours. As events turned out, I wasn't able to use the coupon until after the expiration date. I called the owner and explained that my coupon was going to expire, and asked if he would be amenable to letting me extend the time a bit. He was slammed with student moves at the time anyway at the end of school, so it worked well for both of us. We made plans for a date, and due to many intervening circumstances, the only item that needed to come was a loveseat. When the date came, 2 men arrived to pick it up and they came straight to Norman. They brought it in without any damage to the loveseat or the door, and even offered to help me rearrange furniture if the other things were too heavy. I was very pleased with their attitude and communication on the day of the move so that I did not have to sit by the phone for hours waiting for a call. The men who did the move are experienced and I was very pleased the outcome all around. I especially was pleased that the owner was flexible enough to let me schedule the move after the technical expiration date. I got what I wanted, and he got a thankful customer. I've dealt with many moving companies. This was the smoothest transaction I've ever had. Perhaps it is because only one item was involved, but I'd re-use this company in a heartbeat.

Provided free boxes before the move, delivered them and picked them up afterwards. Truck an 4 guys showed up on time and worked fast after realizing it was going to take more trips with all the stuff I had to move. The weather threatened rain which held off until the last item was taken into the new house. Took longer than first expected so had to leave a lot of the boxes in the garage. They did a good job of trying to keep them organized according to the room they were to go to. Would of come back the next day if we wanted but since our Son was home he moved a lot of the boxes for us the next day..... I would of paid the extra to have First Choice come back the next day if I had it to do over because my husband injured his back helping my son. Enjoyed working with each of the guys. Very professional and careful.... Used them again when I moved the rest of my stuff after selling our house in July.

All of the office staff were very helpful and flexible. We had special circumstances that they had no trouble accommodating. Movers showed up at the scheduled time, packed and unpacked the truck quickly and were very polite. Kept the move under the two hours allowed with the package. Excellent!

Great service from the pre estimate to getting what we needed for boxes dropped off prior to moving. The guys were thorough in getting the job done carefully moving each piece of furniture & boxes. Worked the whole time with the exception of a quick break. They even washed their hands after using the restroom! Very pleasant & got done in a timely manner without rushing. Gary the owner is very nice to talk with on the phone & offered to help out with anything more if needed.

I guess it went okay. I was a little disappointed that the cost wasn't what I thought it was going to be. They added some charges at the end that I didn't know were gonna be part of that; some trip charges and some other stuff. It was an extra hour and some time and it was another $60 for trip charge. It was twice the original amount. All they mentioned was and I asked them, was if we go over the two hours I think was part of the deal, is there additional charge and they said "Yes X per hour," I understand that. It was the trip charge that really caught me by surprise.

James and Richard were amazing. They worked so hard and so fast, I was shocked. It took them 10 minutes to move a desk that had taken another company forever to get in. This company made me realize that I've been had with every other movers I've ever used. And the boys were so kind and thoughtful. Exceptional service. Impressive company. Very sweet guys. I would use no one else. They make a move survivable! Well done! I'm not easy to please.
