Even though the price was really good for this retainer wall, we were very displeased by both the follow up as well as clean up that Extreme had given us. When they were finished with the wall, they left mounds and mounds of dirt and debris all around our yard. I even called them to at least come out and clean up their mess, they were unresponsive. I won t be using them again.

I hired this company to do this job because our backyard slopes toward the house and I was worried about having a drainage problem. Although I explained this before I hired them, halfway through the job, and again after they were "done", they did nothing to redirect water around the house. Now water stands in the yard and collects at the new wall, creating a lake in my backyard. Also, since installing sod was not included in the job, they did nothing to smooth out the dirt. They did take the dirt that was removed and spread it out on the upper level of the yard, but did so with a Bobcat. It will take me many, many hours to smooth it all out by hand with a rake. You would think that for $4820 they would have cared a little more about how the job turned out. I wish I could show you a picture of how they left my yard.
