Jay, the serviceman arrived as scheduled. He installed 2 springs to replace the 1 spring that was broken in less than 30 minutes. He also tightened the pulley chain and lubricated the pulley wheels. I will be using them again. Great job Jay and Discount Garage Door.

Very well. The problem was solved on both doors in about an hour, and I will absolutely use again if another issue arises. Not only do they give a 5 year warranty, but they were extremely professional in all aspects of the job. A++ in my book.
Description of Work: We have a three car garage, and two of the doors weren't working properly. Dalton, the service technician, explained what what wrong with the doors and gave options for repairing both. There was no pressure on which route to take and I appreciated how thoroughly the issue was fixed.
